How to get my nose corrected? My nostrils appear unequal and my left side looks big and right nostril is not visible. (photos)

Thank you for your query. You seem to have a slight deviation of the septum with displaced lower end of the cartilage which is bulging on one side. This appears to be the reason for your asymmetry. This can easily be corrected with a limited surgical procedure under local anaesthesia. Please find an experienced Plastic surgeon who can help you with all your concerns. All the best!

It is almost impossible to achieve nostril symmetry. Any attempts can lead to taking too much off one side and then going back to take some more from the other side. As this goes on permanent scarring with poor healing can lead to worst asymmetry than before the surgery was done.
Also, it is very important to remember that nobody will look at your nostrils from below. From the front view the nostrils don't look as asymmetric as from below. Unless the asymmetry is really obvious and disfiguring, it should be left alone.

Based on your photo, the bottom of your septum is likely deviated to the left side, and that could be causing the tip of your nose to veer to the right and also be the cause of your visible nostril asymmetry on front view. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty and septoplasty. The tip can be refined, the incline to the right can be corrected and the prominence of the medial crura in the left nostril can be corrected.
