I was very pleased to meet Dr hong and his members. They were all very friendly and understanding the areas I wanted to do liposuction. Before and after care was amazing. The coordinator constantly checked up on me and answered all my questions when needed. All my friends were telling me they see the difference!! I always had so much fat on my body and so happy I got them stubborn fats removed… I mostly did all my upper body portion from front and back, double chin and arms.

Dr hong and his team were amazing! So kind and helpful and walked through everything thoroughly and the whole process was so smooth and the result is so natural and exactly what was promised! :) Yana was so sweet and it’s a procedure that only Dr Hong would be able to do so perfectly.

I'm only in the planning phase right now but I was so impressed by the consultation that I had to write this review. I've done extensive researches and consults, not just this time but previously as well, with doctors in North and South America and I have to say this was my best experience. There was no "selling", the doctor was very honest and upfront, friendly and approachable.. answered all my questions. I'm wowed. I never thought I'd ever consider travelling to South Korea for surgery but here I am!

Dr. Hong was great but I would also like to say how amazing his team is!
I had a breast fat transfer a few years ago by another Dr. here in the U.S. before I went to Fresh PS with Dr. Hong. The scars left after the first surgery can be seen in my before photos on the inner breasts and under my buttocks. Dr. Hong’s incisions are very small and tidy in comparison. The scar from injecting fat is only the the size of a pin point.
I wish I would have gone with Fresh the first time!
I am only 4 weeks in and will post more towards the 3 month mark.
I had liposuction on my underarm and fat harvested from my inner thighs for the fat transfer. The lipo is taking a little more time to heal on my arms than the rest of my body but it can take 2 months for it to resolve.
I have gained a whole cup size since the procedure but I will need to wait a bit longer for the final result.

The fate retention is doing very well! I think that is because of the PRP with the fat transfer.
The scars are still healing but they are nice and flat unlike my previous scars!
Overall I am very happy with the procedure. The only issue I am having is with the liposuction on my underarm. When I flex you can see dimpling and it’s pretty noticeable when working out so it does make me self conscious at the gym. They did say it can take up to 6 months for lipo sites.
The fat harvesting from my thighs looks great.
I will have another update at the 6 month mark for my underarms- I hope they look better by then!

My surgery was performed last year on December, now that it has been three months, which is normally the time that all scar tissue has been made, I would like to share some honest thoughts here to probably be able to help some other people who are interested in these kinds of surgeries. Besides that, I’d also like to express my appreciations to the FreshPS clinics.

Let’s start with a little bit about myself ? and why I chose this clinic at the first place.

As shown in the following figure 1, I’m the kind of person who is easily getting fats on my face; it might sound better when we call it “baby face”, but it does not look good in front of the camera, and it sometimes looks flab on faces, especially for young lady like me – (P.S. I’m not even 25). Meanwhile, I’m actually quite slim, or say it fit, but fats is still on my face. I’d say losing weights doesn’t really help for reducing fats on my facial areas.

During consultation, I expressed my concerns to Mr. Hong and my consultant Lily, that I would like to reduce as much fats as possible. But Mr. Hong told me that, “Volume is not the goal, Smooth line is,” and I sort of agreed with him after researching it. Since I asked him about the approximate volume that he could remove, he detailedly relay answers back to me after checking every specific area on my face.

Without doubts, Mr. Hong’s surgery plan was one of the essential reasons why I chose FreshPS. But I’d like to sincerely express my appreciations to my consultant & translator Lily, that she’s also playing an important role here!

My surgery went pretty well at last, as shown in figure 2, which was taken three months after surgery. At the first two months, my scar tissue was continuously produced and I was actually nervous about it. But Lily always kept communicating with me and providing my feedback, such as explaining the facial recovering treatment & compression garment patiently, suggesting me getting injection to soften my scar tissue, and even sending me happy birthday wishes faster than my mom LOL… Overall, I’m thankful for all that, cosmetic surgery is not what keeps my life going, but as small as a stranger’s greeting, as unforgettable as an experience out of curiosity and as firm as my self-motivation regarding personal career.

It’ been a month since i have my surgery, face liposuction, done. I have always had some issues personally about my double chin, cheekbones, and core ball. If someone took photos of me, i was so stressful about my chubby face areas, which made my face bigger, so I decided to get rid of my fats from “Fresh” ps in Seoul. I never thought that even my cheekbones were filled with fats because usually, cheekbones are more like about mussels, but for me, it was more about fat. Anyways, it took me about two weeks until big facial swelling got better, and it took about a month until facial swelling went down. It was painful about the first week since I got surgery, but after then, the pain got better as the time went on. The uncomfortable part was that I couldn’t open my mouth completely during the first week of the surgery, so I couldn’t eat foods that required me to open my mouth entirely. Other then that, for me, there weren’t much inconvenient things after the surgery. Currently, it’s been a month and I would highly recommend face liposuction for those of you who are having a difficult time with your fats in face areas. I don’t get stressed out even if someone takes the photo of me, and the best part is that I don’t need to photoshop my face as much as I did before the surgery. More importantly, my friends are telling me I am like so different person right now and they call my v-line so perfect. I am so thankful for Hong doctor from Fresh ps for making me like this.

Breast fat transfer surgery is not as common as BAs so it took me some time to go on forums and find girls with natural results. I found about 3, got the clinics' name off of them, and went in to have consultations. I won't name names but basically, one clinic pushed the price up to 10 million KRW once they added in stem cells (which is necessary for a high percentage of fat retention); another clinic wanted to cut at my armpits and my breasts to put in the fats (why?! Why the pits?! I'm not doing a BA!); and so I settled on Fresh since,
1. Reasonable price for fat transfer, PRP, and stem cells (I think it was around 3.5 - 4 million KRW for the first round, second round onwards was a bit lesser than 3 million, probably 2.8 or something.)
2. You only have a dot for a scar beside your breasts.
3. The clinic specialises in removing calcifications which results from botched breast fat transfer surgeries in other clinics.
4. The girl I found on the forums had a fantastic look (well, all 3 girls did anyway)!
I went for my first round in 2019 February with fats taken from my thighs. I went from 79cm to about 83cm - 84cm (depending on my period). You don't need to wear a support bra, unlike normal BAs, and your breasts heal very fast. I think it's probably because there's no foreign material inside you, so you just get some bruising which heals within 2 weeks. There's no pain too, in fact, all of your pain comes from the lipo area.
I had a really difficult time with thigh lipo, not sure if it was just me. I work in an office and that translates into long hours of sitting. It was impossible to stand up and walk normally for about 2 - 3 weeks - the blood rushes down and you can't move your legs, and you end up waddling for 10 seconds because of the tightness. The bruising was really bad too - it lasted for at least 5 months and I was worried about discolouration.
In any case, for my breasts, I loved my results but I wanted more! And so, it was second round for me in 2020 April, and I'm hovering at 87cm now, again depending on my period, it can dropped to about 86cm and swell to 88cm. This time I took fats from my waist, which imo, is the best! I walked at literally a snail's pace for about 4 days before I'm back to walking like normal! Bruising was gone within 2 - 3 weeks.
Regarding the fat absorption, I would say mine was very minimal. Even after a year from my first round of surgery, there were no changes in size. I think the most important thing is to eat 3 full meals a day after surgery for about a month, and I made sure to eat all the foods that were supposedly good for breast growth like soy milk, papaya, prawns, even drinking fenugreek water and eating fenugreek seeds (one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in boiling water, leave for a few hours for the seeds to soften up, drink water, and put the leftover fenugreek seeds in yoghurt to eat). Apparently the 10th day - a month is the deciding time for fat retention so it's best to not go on a diet. Even after that, it's not recommended to go on a -10kg or something since it can affect your new breasts.
Overall, I would say I'm extremely satisfied with the surgery and Doctor Hong's skills! The manager in charge of me took care of me very well too; the only reason why I've dropped a star is because I did find the receptionists a bit intimidating... but breast-wise, very happy! Who knows I may get greedy again and go for another round? :)

Hello guys, I'm currently in South Korea for studying and I'm 167cm and 63kg. It doesn't matter how much I diet or go to the gym, I can't shed the fat on my thights. Plus my breast doesn't have volume on top so I thought why not killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I made an appointment with Fresh plastic surgery. I am a healthcare worker myself so I did research before I picked them. Doctor Hong is specialized in fat grafting and he seems to be transparent with his work. He has a youtube channel that addresses frequently asked questions.
When I got there, the consultant could speak perfectly English and has a sense of humor. She kept my expectations realistic and answered all my questions. I even got her kakaotalk(korean chatting service) so that I can ask her anything. We kept in touch and she was really nice.
Yesterday I did my liposuction on my thights, armpits and lipofilling in my breast. Keep in mind that I used to go to the gym a lot so a lot of my volume in my thights are from muscles too. But the result now looks better than expected even though I'm swollen. I saw doctor Hong at the day of the surgery. He was really nice and even though there is a language barrier I had my consultant with me the whole time. She went with me to the surgery room and held my hand when they prepped me. I'm super happy that she was there to give me mental support before surgery. I can't wait to see my results in the next couple of months! I haven't have pictures yet so I'll upload the before and after pictures as soon as possible.

Here are the before pictures and after 10 days pictures. As you can see my upper-breast is more full now and my fat around my armpits is less. I removed my armpit fat too. I’m happy now but I know my boobs will be a bit smaller after 3 months. I didn’t feel much pain in my boobs but my legs were killing me for the first 5 days. Even a small touch was painful even with painkillers. I think it is normal since they removed 3,6L of fat from my legs... Going to the toilet was painful too.
I went to the hospital to get my stitches removed. They did some massage with a machine for the swelling in my legs and a red light treatment for my breast. It was more painful than I thought it would be (the massage).
Furthermore the english councilor is really kind. She replies to my text messages whenever I have questions. I was worried about my swelling and bruises since the bruising went down on my feet too. She comforted me and told me it’s completely normal. I’m happy that she can reply quickly so I won’t be stressed out too much about it.

Finally 4 weeks post-op. I still have some bruises left but the swelling went away and I feel like my boobs got a bit smaller. One side got way smaller than the other so I hope it will even out eventually. I can’t judge it yet but maybe because the side that is smaller is my dominant hands side. I use that side way more so I feel like that’s why the swelling or fat went away faster. Now I’m trying to use my other hand more so that it will even it out eventually. Fingers crossed!

Hello everyone, sorry for the late update. At 3 months I gained a lot of weight so I was not sure if it was a good idea to upload a picture of that time. I started going to the gym again and now I feel a lot better in my skin. Still I wish I could loose some more weight because I’m now the same weight as before the operation. They took in total 3,6 kilo (7lbs) fat from me. So I expected to weight less than before. I got instructed to eat well so I think I ate too much because I wanted my breast fat to last.
I think i got good fat retention. Last time I was worried about the unevenness in my breast but I think it was only because of the water retention. Now my breast are quite even. I don’t think my breast got much smaller from 1 month. Overall I’m happy that I got good fat retention :)
I have read that a lot of people get support bra’s from their surgeon after operation. I didn’t have any support bra and they told me to go braless for 1 month.... I think because of that I was really careful that my breast won’t move too much. I was even trying to walk differently so that my breast won’t move... It was such a hassle.
I want to give you guys tips on what I did to have possibly a good fat retention (except for choosing the right surgeon).
1. Have some help in the house for the two weeks. Don’t lift heavy stuff and don’t move too much with your arms. You want your boobs to stay as still as possible.
2. Work out only with your surgeons permission. Even as simple as cycling, if the road is uneven, your boobs may be moving too much.
3. Be careful not to squeeze your boobs for the first month. It may be temping to feel them but I tried not to touch them at all. Only light touches.
4. Don’t lie on your boobs for the first month. (Maybe your surgeon will say otherwise so listen to your surgeon). I didn’t even lay on my side for the first 2 weeks. I slept a little bit with my shoulders elevated to hopefully help my swelling to go down.
5. Eat healthy and a balanced meal. Think about more fruit and veggies. But I think protein is really important too to heal your body. I personally like to eat tofu. I have read that tofu will help your breast fat grow. But I am not sure if it is true. Anyway, I tried to eat it more in my diet. I took a lot of vitamin supplements too. Avoid blood thinning supplements such as vitamine E etc.
Take my tips as a suggestion. I am not a professional in this field so listen to your surgeon. Those tips are what my surgeon told me to do and what I read from the internet.

My main concern was multiple lumps in both of my breasts due to a previous fat transfer that was done on the east coast in the States. The previous surgeon had apparently grafted an exorbitant amount of fat in a single transfer and most of it ended up necrotic resulting in numerous lipomas/cysts in the breasts.
After doing some research, I came across Dr Hong in Seoul, Korea. He is one of the few doctors with experience in correcting incorrectly grafted fat. During the consultation, I felt assured with his confidence and honesty. He informed upfront that it may take more than one procedure to remove all the lumps and educated on how the lumps form and how they continue to form for up to a period of 2 years from the transfer procedure.
After the procedure, there was very minimal discomfort of the breasts and most of the large lumps that I had previously felt had been removed. Dr Hong had also informed that the removal of the larger cysts could possibly cause concavity of the breasts but that he would try his best to avoid it. It turned out that he had managed to preserve the shape of the breasts without dimpling or concavities and mostly maintain the size as well!
Although Dr Hong was very busy with a constant flow of patients, he still managed to address my concerns. The entire staff provided service of the highest quality, especially the office manager, Evelyn who was so supportive throughout the process and even after the procedure, so patiently and thoroughly answering all of my unending questions (even on her days off)! There were a couple of other procedures that I also had completed by Dr Hong at Fresh and I will post more shortly.

I have had concerns about a chubby look on my face which I believed it to be the baby fat which I thought would eventually go away as I age. It DID NOT!!! Not only the chubby face, but the double chin as well.
I know I am not super big or anything, but not only my face, but my belly and the arm bothered me for so long. I want to look sexy. I know that exercising is the best way to make my body slim. YES, I KNOW and I know everybody knows that this is one of the most difficult things to do. I admit it.
I cheated, but I think it was a good call though. Of course I researched a lot and while I was researching for the liposuction, I found something that just resolves my problem. I never knew there was such thing as liposuction on the face!! Thank you, lady who wrote about her experience and sharing surgery info with others, sincerely. I knew there is double chin liposuction out there, but this face liposuction was amazing.
After searching and searching for the surgeon for myself, I found one in Korea. I really hope this review finds people who are in my shoe and help those just like myself.
Here I am on the post op day 3, writing down my experience, already somewhat excited for the result and I know there is more to come. So far so good, of course the pain and uneasy feelings when moving, but I am very thrilled to see how the final result would be.
I will keep you posted for the later result.

I feel a lot more comfortable now moving my arms...although, I cannot really move fast LOL. I just feel so light and small afterall. I think I start to see my jowl line getting slimmer now in my point of view, maybe...I still have a lot of swelling. I think I'm a little impatient about the result cuz it feels like forever to wait till the swelling subsides.
Oh well, I will give some updates when I see some results.

I feel so much better now that the bruising is almost gone and feel so mobile now LOL.
I have some stinging feeling time to time and it feels a little hard on the wound, but I can bare the pain and uncomfiness for what I got. I feel so light already, but it's kind of odd that my weight did not change as much. I was told to wear the compression garment to enhance the result so yeah I listened. I feel that the garment feels a little comfortable now. It should be because of the size change now that the swellings went down so much, almost all so I have more room to breath.
Hope this helps some of the ladies out there who are thinking about this surgery.
