I looked at many doctors. My case took work. When I saw the preparation, work, and experience of Dr. Yily De Los Santos, I did not hesitate to choose her, and I do not regret it. Since I arrived in the DR, her work team has been incredible; they exceeded my expectations. I am grateful every day for what she achieved for me. Recommended 100%, without a doubt. God bless you.

The whole process was very thorough. Overall my experience with Dr. Yily was great. During my recovery process Dr. Yily and one of her doctors came to see me twice to check on me and make sure everything was ok. After I came home she sent emails to see how the recovery process is going. I am very happy with my results and would recommend Dr. Yily to anyone looking to get liposuction. Dr. Yily is awesome.

Dr. Yily is very talented. Dr. Yily did my BBL, Vaser lipo tummy tuck and Vaser lip and J-Plasma on my back to shrink the skin on Dec. 16. Although I am still recovering, I can see the results are absolutely beautiful with my hour glass figure. Her stiches are very small for less scaring. I thank Dr. Yily and her wonderful staff. I went to DR by myself and stayed at the recovery house until I started feeling better. I had routine post-op appointments to ensure I was recovering. They took good care of me and now I am back home in the US.

I am starting to feel like my bbl is too much. I asked for natural I only had her put fat at top n the sides. Does it look unnatural? Do it match my frame?
I am nervous that I prolly look like a ant or something lmao . One of my friends said it look big .

So I been real intentional about my diet and workouts since I originally posted. I feel like I do see a difference, but I could b tricking myself . Do you guys see it? Like towards the top where I didn’t like the slope or shelf?

Hello, I am here in D.R with Yily the Goddess I got a 360 + BBL and Chin/Jax today April 14, 2021. I’ve been out of surgery since 7:30 pm my pain levels at a 4 it’s just a lot of discomfort. Please when you come to D.R yes it’s going to take a lot of patience w/Labs work for your best interest their procedures now tops U.S w/requirements prior to surgery for everyone protection. Stung woman’s ya got this!!!! My results was worth the wait again 8 years later I’m still Team Yily

First I arrived and it was as they described. I paid for the 14 days package including recovery and transportation. I paid additional for Meds and tests. At the office I was told that the Recovery House was full and we had to stay at a hotel. I was floored of course. They assured us that Medic and Nurse care would be avail 24/7. Dr. Yily never did her pre-op with me. I only saw her 5 minutes before my surgery where I took the chance to convey what I wanted- A real not too overdone BBL, TT, BAug and Lipo. She/they did ok with the body, though my belly button was severely burned. The after care was recovery from hell.
Her staff needs to get trained around how to manage their patients experience and not just the result of the barbie body. They work exclusively with the family owned Upscale Recovery House 2 and 1 which has filtration issues, even rooms with mold, and sewer issues to the point of a bad smell overwhelming the room. The recovery nurses are somewhat inept as everything and anything needs to be confirmed or verified by her Assistant M.D Melissa. I'm talking about simple things like creams, walking, faja issues etc. Clearly shows the lack of debrief they have implemented in their shift change and the poor quality of service towards the patient, as the last thing I want to do is repeat the same thing over and over while in extreme pain and discomfort.I paid for 14 nights package and stayed originally from 3/22 5pm leaving 4/4 7am 13 nights. Well, when I extended my stay per their recommendation they go and tell me I have to pay for the 4th because that would be night 15th. 10 emails later and they still don't budge to their own emails of confirming my 13 nights to a 17 nighter. I eventually ended up paying for an extra night but at the hotel they put me in originally. Some of the girls in the recovery were being fed sliced bread and cheese, leftovers, they get no help with mobility etc. Please do you research and do your post op elsewhere. Though the body might look nice it's not worth the headache. Meditating daily is what kept me strong and dried my tears and anxieties of not having the medical support I purchased per IG advertisements. DO NOT COME ALONE. at least not here.

Not sure what changed but things are getting better. Guess they are switching some things, or because it's a holiday. The new staff here is nicer but management is the same. I really don't think doctor Yily is even aware of everything that goes on post op. Not because she refuses to know but because they hide it from her. She is a great Doc with a rough around the edges team of admin. If it wasn't for Yira, Lauren and Melissa I would give my experience a 9/10 but with everything I experienced I have to rate it 7/10. By the way the massages- something you have to be mentally ready for, they hurt a lot but you feel relieved after. If you have any clotting it will hurt even more. Just compress, drink plenty of fluids, walk and empty your drain.
Esther is the best masseuse. She massages in a way that you feel and see the results in a matter of hours. No joke. She's a Godsend.
If you get BBL and don't see much of a change-They say it grows as the fat cells multiply.

Okay, so I had surgery on 7/28/20... I arrived in the DR on the 27th. It was extremely frustrating though because the majority of the ppl spoke little to know English (download a translator app); I got labs done on the 27th and returned on the 28th for surgery (mind you I had yet to see the doctor). They prepped me for surgery and that’s when I finally got to see Dr. Yily; she came in asked me what I was getting and marked me up... by then I was so nervous and anxious I forgot to tell her not to get my a super big butt. I was one of those unlucky ppl that woke up in surgery, didn’t feel any pain just pressure and I was super disoriented so I tried to pull the blue curtain down to see what was going on but they put me right back to sleep. I woke up a bunch throughout the night and kept going back to sleep high off the meds and the nurses kept coming in checking on me and putting more meds in my IV. That following morning they told me it was time to go and I had to be put in my faja (which meant I had to stand) and when I say that was the worst pain ever, I mean that in the worst way. I instantly broke out in a terrible sweat and felt as if I would pass out, but the nurse and my family were of great assistance. The first initial car ride was terrible too. Honestly, the first 2 days post-op were terrible I felt like I was hit by a truck, I didn’t want to eat or drink, which isn't good. (Bring ensures!!!! They help a lot). Then came the messages, I deal with the pain fairly well, no crying just moans and grunts here and there but when I got those massages I screamed and cried the majority of the time. The massages are needed so I did get all of mine but they were so painful. I stayed in the luxury 2 recovery house majority of the staff again spoke little to no English which again was very frustrating since I was already in pain and or feeling well. I did have an issue with one shift of nursing not wanting to work/do their job properly... one of them said I was 5 days post-op so I should be doing everything on my own, which blew me because I still needed help; but that was reported and the matter was corrected. We went to see the doctor after 3 days the wound was cleaned and our bandages were changed, during this time the doctor came to see us and ask how we felt and checked our bodies. Now results: I absolutely loveeeeeee my new tummy, It is not wrinkled anymore and I have a new cute belly button, my back however has so much swelling so I can’t really see a dip between my butt and my back. My butt definitely is poking though honey!!!! It’s kind of big already so I'm afraid of how much bigger it will get once the swelling goes down.
Things to bring: maxi pads (2 packs) to line your faja, make sure you get the long ones with wings, the girl urinal came in handy!!!!, ensure, pineapple juice (helps with healing), a lot of wipes, SHOWER SHOES (for the one night you can take a shower), and if you can a friend or family member to assist because that was one of the most helpful things (person) you can bring.

Im almost a year post op and my body is still changing it’s crazy!!! I say all this to say give yourself time to heal, dont base your recovery on those who went around you. I do work out now and it def helps with the healing process. My lower back still has minor swelling but over all I’m making great progress.
