I have very thin skin which is showing a circle on the tip of my nose. (almost like rudolph without the redness) there are two high points on each side of this circle as well. Is adding fascia pretty straightforward? Or should i seek a revision rhinoplasty EXPERT. How much bulk does fascia add? Will it make my nose look super round or will it just blend in the irregularities?
