I’m planning on having a revision rhinoplasty next year, my nose has been made very wide compared to my birth nose. Luckily I don’t have any breathing problems and I’m happy with my side profile. I think I just need my open roof deformity fixing and my tip made more defined, possibly an alar base reduction. On a scale of 1-10 how simple or difficult do you think my case is?
