Who are the top revision rhinoplasty surgeons in Toronto?

My first surgeon narrowed my nose too much and I need to widen it with a revision and potentially increase it in size a bit. I'm 1 year post op I wanted to know who specializes in revision rhino?

Revision rhinoplasty requires particular expertise.  You need someone with experience and skill.One year after surgery is the right time to first start considering that.  To widen the nose we'll need to add support and cartilage.  There can be substantial scarring.(I do many revision surgeries, sometimes for people who have had up to 7 nose surgeries elsewhere so know of what I speak!)In Toronto, I'd look at Dr. Phil Soloman.

To widen the nose going to require reverse osteotomies along with spreader graft placement. It's important to know how much cartilage left on the inside of the nose for potential grafting purposes.
