I recently had the pleasure of undergoing a lip lift and rhinoplasty at his Beverly Hills location and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very first consultation, he took the time to understand my goals and answered all my questions realistically. The entire team was incredibly professional and supportive throughout the process, making me feel comfortable every step of the way.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and the recovery was much easier than I anticipated. My decision to go to Dr Jumaily was one of the best decisions of my life. It has been a few years so I don't remember all the procedures I had done but they included type 3 forehead, orbital bone shaving, rhinoplasty, fat injections into the cheeks, jaw work, and a few others I don't remember.

He and his staff were incredibly kind, caring, and I felt very safe with them. They went above and beyond in helping me with everything from insurance to checking in. I took awhile to heal but the results have been amazing.

I wanted a natural look and Dr Jumaily was honest with what he thought would enhance my beauty. He didn't try to upsell anything extra and took the time to discuss everything with me. I pass easily and, even though it wasn't my priority, I look very, very beautiful.

Results took time since I heal slow but they ended up being more than I could've ever hoped for. I no longer worry about not passing and finally feel like I am looking at myself in the mirror.

I saw Dr.Jumaily in Toronto at Clinic 360 in August of 2023. I'd never had a surgery like this before, and after a lot of reviewing various surgeons for well over a year I opted to go with Jumaily. Given that I was getting extensive facial surgery this is one of those decisions you don't make without doing adequate research.

The quality of care I received with Dr.Jumaily has been exceptional. I found his bedside manner to be second to none, he took the time to genuinely listen to what I had to say, and was very direct and honest without coming across as abrasive. While it's too early to judge the final results I'm happy with the early results. Any questions or concerns I've had since the surgery have been addressed quite quickly and in a positive manner. I also found Clinic 360 to provide a level of care during the recovery that was genuinely unexpected and amazing. I had high expectations but I was blown away with how well I was looked after and treated there.

Given that Jumaily's office has gone above and beyond for me more than once I felt that the least I could do was post a review of my experience in a few places online. As an example, I know that Nick spent a fair amount of time working with the Yukon Government to get my surgery covered. I wasn't necessarily expecting things to work out as the program was new to Jumaily's office, my local government, and myself. There was a lot of stuff to navigate and work through, but Nick took the time to do it. Since Jumaily is a very in demand surgeon I didn't expect that his office would put in the work they did to make this happen for me.

While I'm not yet at the point where I'm posting pictures of myself online I did take a few pictures of Clinic 360 on my way to my post operative follow-up appointment to get my sutures removed.

In 2011, another surgeon performed a lip lift along with other facial procedures. I was unhappy with the overall lip lift and the scar left by the previous surgeon. In 2021, Dr Jumaily improved my lip lift quite dramatically and removed the old scar. He also performed a deep lane facelift for me in 2017. I remain amazed by the results of both surgeries. He's an amazingly skilled surgeon, as well as being very personable and caring.

I wish this could be a more positive review. I had a number of treatments done just over one year ago, one of which was a lip lift. I’m focusing this review on the lip lift because I want people to reconsider getting this procedure done. I wish I had seen more negative reviews - I like to think I wouldn’t have done it.
Unfortunately I have been left with a permanent disfiguring scar and asymmetry. I’m completely shocked at the result. I now have this huge, deep jagged scar in the middle of my face. Every stitch mark is deeply scarred across the surface, and a thick line is etched below my nose. It’s been 1 year using silicone scar cream every day with no improvement. The worst part is that my clinic offered me no support or corrective treatment at all. They did absolutely nothing except gaslight me about the results, telling me the scar “looked good” or that it was “actually a good scar” and that it was not noticeable - a very bold and baffling lie. Many other aestheticians have expressed shock at my result and urged me to find help. If I thought this was the kind of result this clinic was happy with, I would never have booked with them.
Prior to the surgery I was assured by the clinic that laser options would be available if the scar was visible at all - turns out that was a lie too. They have told me now that no laser can help with this. The only solution they could offer was cutting the lip again and hoping a second scar heals better, something I just couldn’t handle. The down time is so extreme with this surgery and I couldn’t go through the anxiety again. Not to mention the lip will look way too pulled - it’s already pulled quite high already.
So it looks like a dog attack or a bad cleft lip correction. Makeup doesn’t do much because the texture and depth of the scar is the issue. Plus the area creases so much, makeup doesn’t always sit well. I have found some silicone scar covering product that works moderately well once you apply it properly (it is not easy to use), but it’s really sad to think I’ll have to use something like that forever.
I’m embarrassed. I know that a bad result is always a risk when you go down this road and to be honest I don’t even blame the clinic for the result, but I would have hoped for honesty from my doctor from the beginning and meaningful support after the fact. I’m just so totally shocked at how little they did to help me. A very disappointing outcome all around.
It’s difficult to photograph but you can imagine that in real life it is much more visible. If anyone has any suggestions on fixing this, I’m all ears.

Wanted to share my lip lift journey day by day!! Healing is going great so far. Procedure was easy and doctor was nice and answered all my questions. It's not healed yet but I think it will look great!

Stitches were removed Friday. The scar is pretty bad under the nose and worried about that a bit. The doctor gave me scar gel (which I had to pay for).

Love my lip lift. It’s subtle but has made such a difference. The scar is still there, but I’m planning to get it lasered soon! One thing I do wish is that a little bit more of my teeth showed and that the side of the Lips were more even and straight. Overall 100% worth it!!

I had Facial Feminization Surgery with Dr. Jumaily exactly 1 year ago today & it has completely changed my life. As a male to female transsexual struggling with gender dysphoria I can now proudly say that because of Dr. Jumaily I have 0 gender dysphoria regarding my face. I had my hairline lowered, my brow bone shaved, a brow lift (through the incision he lifted my eyes & cheeks up as well), a rhinoplasty, lip lift, v line jaw contouring, a genioplasty, & a tracheal shave. My face has not only become much more feminine but it has become aesthetically pleasing as well. No one can even tell I had surgery which is a good thing especially as a trans woman. You don't want to stand out for the wrong reasons & I think that because of how good Dr. Jumaily is at what he does, he understood what I wanted & what I needed for him to give me the best possible outcome. I can finally walk out of my door without makeup & feel the most confident in my skin. His staff is incredibly amazing as well. Melody & Nick have been nothing but kind & helpful towards me. They helped me out when it came down to booking appointments or when I needed something after surgery. Dr. Jumaily even answered my calls after surgery no matter how early or late it was when I had questions regarding my post op. Michelle was the biggest lifesaver when it came down to my insurance company. Michelle fought so hard for me to get this surgery & I cannot thank her enough. I had lip fillers after my surgery twice with Dr. Jumaily & he did such a great job giving me full & feminine pouty lips without giving me that harsh overfilled look. He educated me on everything I wanted done cosmetically to my face to achieve a beautiful & natural looking result. The scars on my face after surgery are barely noticeable at all. My family & I are so beyond happy we chose Dr. Jumaily for my Facial Feminization Surgery. Other trans women have asked me who my surgeon is & I have gotten them all interested in seeking FFS from Dr. Jumaily because he is the best! Thank you so much Dr. Jumaily & staff!

I want to say that Dr. Jumaily is an incredible surgeon, and you are in genuinely good hands if you choose to work with him. I crossed paths with him when seeking a revision rhinoplasty and lip lift consultation at FACE. The lead surgeon at the clinic doesn't perform revision rhinoplasty, so they referred me to Dr. Jumaily, who flies into Toronto once a month. I'm so thankful we crossed paths. During our virtual consultation, he was honest and thorough; he talked me out of the revision rhinoplasty and suggested we move forward with an upper lip lift and corner lip lift. 

A year prior, I had a lip reduction in Toronto to remove lip filler that I had when I was 17 years old, unknowing that it was indeed a permanent product. The lip reduction went terribly wrong, which caused the entire incision to aggressively come undone, leaving my lips misshaped with terrible scarring. 
When I met Dr. Jumaily a couple of days before my lip lift, he suggested that he revise the area for optimal results. 

Dr. Jumaily talked me out of an unnecessary revision rhinoplasty and revised my lip revision completely complimentary. This person genuinely wants to help people through his work; it is refreshing and special. 

I have complete confidence in him as a professional, and you should too.
I'm three weeks into my healing and cannot believe the results he accomplished with what he had to start with.

Dr.Jumaily has given me my life back. This is my story:

A little over a year ago, I had partial FFS with a well-known Chicago based surgeon, and to make this short; my face was ruined, almost every single aspect of the surgery was botched. My life was over and had to live like this for at least a year. During that time I consulted with Dr. Jumaily. From the very first time that we spoke we agreed on everything that I needed, he was kind, empathetic, and understood the severity of my case. We met a few more times to check on my face, see if/how things change as I heal(from the previous botched surgery) and I finally had surgery almost exactly a year after the botch job. From the moment I saw my face for the first time I knew I made the right choice, and oh my god- the sense of relief and peace I felt in my heart was overwhelming. Not only was my dysphoria addressed but the poor work from another surgeon was too. I am almost 2 months post op and I’m loving what I see. My nose actually looks like a nose again, and it’s cute! I can see the time, effort, and love he put into my nose. The tip of my nose was a mess and now it’s beautiful. That wasn’t just a rhinoplasty, that was basically reconstructive surgery! He also fixed asymmetries in my lip lift, fixed the scary scar, and even improved the shape and position of my lips / philtrum. My forehead is super cute, so smooth and feminine, and my V line surgery is SNATCHED. I’m excited to see how much better I’m going to look in the coming weeks, I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Jeffrey Jumaily is a world class surgeon. He’s exceptional in his field, he’s compassionate and he has vision. A killer combo. His incredible staff, but two people in particular really made the experience so easy and almost natural: Nick and Melody! You two are amazing! From the start Nick was by my side coordinating everything, making sure everything went smoothly. He’s also kind, he understands what this journey entails for trans women, and he’s funny haha. Melody, is so sweet, I even cried in the phone with her once. I was so embarrassed but she’s so understanding, and she does quite a lot! From arranging CT scans, to cleaning incisions and guiding you through the process. Absolutely incredible experience having surgery with Dr.Jumaily and his team, thank you Nick, Melody, and the rest of your wonderful staff. You’re changing lives!

I had a very big forehead that even with a mask on I felt very insecure. Once I decided to go for it, I was very lucky to have found Dr. Jumaily, who is extremely talented and the kindest doctor I have ever met. I could feel his love for what he does, how much he cares for his patients, and how meticulous he is with his work through my results.
Before I decided to do a forehead reduction I was going to do a FUE hair transplant because I have a wide forehead but then I realized since I wanted to reduce a considerable amount a forehead reduction was the best option. If I wasn’t happy with how wide my forehead looked, I was going to get a FUE hair transplant later on. Because of this, I was very nervous to see my results after the surgery and although I am less than a month post op, I completely fell in love with my results and I do not think a hair transplant is necessary anymore.
He was able to create the perfect mix between what I wanted, what my body could actually offer (my existing hairline, how stretchy my scalp is, etc), and what he knew was best. I am still surprised at how good it looks and extremely grateful to him and all of his team for making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and giving me the best forehead!
Pain wise, the first day it was 4/10 (I took medicine as prescribed) and practically slept all day…after that it was mainly discomfort. As for my scar, it is visible at the moment but I have only used scarring Gel for less than two days.
