You are still early in your recovery period and the nose is expected to be quite swollen at this point.The swelling during this time is rarely symmetric. One side will always resolve more quickly than the other. The majority of the swelling will resolve in 3-6 months, and will continue to resolve as your nose heals for up to 1-2 years. You have not reached your final shape as the nose will continue to heal and reduce in size for up to a year. Once it does reach its final shape you may be more pleased with the appearance of your nose.

At only 8 weeks postoperatively, you still have a substantial amount of swelling, which is often asymmetric.  Thus, it is too early to assess the final result of your surgery.  However, you are correct that rib cartilage can warp and cause deviation, especially if placed as an onlay graft to build up the bridge.  An alternative technique that is commonly performed for Asian rhinoplasty to build up the bridge is a diced cartilage fascia (DC-F) graft.  The diced cartilage does not warp the way a large rib dorsal onlay graft will.  I would recommend waiting a full year for complete healing after your previous rhinoplasty before considering revision.

It is still pretty early in your recovery to determine If another revision surgery is needed. Rib cartilage does warp and that is always a worry when it is used as a dorsal onlay graft. I would give it some more time and then discuss it with your surgeon or another revision rhinoplasty surgeon. Best of luck
