Overall so very happy with my experience. I had rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction complete about three weeks ago. I was super concerned about a bridge bump and virtually no support in my tip. I have gotten so many compliments already about how natural my results look, and mind you I am still a bit swollen. Yes as some have said, Dr. Miller is brisk and matter-of-fact. I chose him because he really does have an eye for keeping results looking like no work was done at all. I had my procedure with Dr. Miller on Jan 15th and I'm already super pleased with my results. The whole process from the consultation was relatively easy and I felt confident from the start that I would be satisfied with the results. Dr. Miller strikes a great balance between keeping a natural look and making a meaningful change. My surgeon was Dr. Miller for a rhinoplasty. He did such an amazing job. He made my nose look very natural and fit my face well. After a week most of the swelling and bruising went away and the recovery process was painless and smooth. Very happy with the outcome of my nose, I love it!!

I'm sharing my rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Miller, who I had surgery with on December 26th. It's been three days post-op, and I wanted to give you an update to help others who would like to do the procedure as well.

Initially, I was considering Turkey, but after doing my research, I decided the risk wasn't worth it for me. I wanted a more subtle change, not a drastic one. I had a few consultations with other doctors, but I decided to go with Dr. Miller. He really listened to what I wanted – just a more refined nose. Seeing his online pictures and reading the reviews here and Reddit, helped solidify my decision. Talking to other patients who'd had work done with him made me feel even more confident.

The day of surgery, Dr. Miller reviewed everything with me again, and amazingly, he remembered every detail from our consultation without me having to correct him. His whole team was wonderful—the anesthesiologist was fantastic, really put me at ease, and had a great sense of humor. The intake nurse was super sweet too. It was a great team effort. A cool part? He actually recorded my surgery (I signed the consent, of course!), and posted it on his Snapchat. I saw the result and already loved it.

Truthfully, I got way more prepared than I needed to be based on other people's experiences. But my recovery has been smoother than expected. No sore throat at all! My breathing was surprisingly good on Day 1, which was such a relief. I hear some people can't breathe through their nose for months after, so that was a plus. The pain wasn't bad and I only needed pain meds for the first day after coming home. Since Day 2, just Tylenol. I did swell up a bit on Day 1 and 2, but it's starting to go down now. The cast comes off in seven days, and I'll keep you updated!

Great results if not PERFECTION. I am very satisfied with my rhinoplasty. I thought about going to turkey at first to get a rhinoplasty because I saw that the doctors there could give me the results that I wanted a cute petite button nose that fits my face and is aesthetic. I have been looking for a doctor for years and when I moved to NJ I toured and consulting with many doctors in NJ and NY, when I saw Dr. Millers results I right away knew I can trust him with my nose and that I will be satisfied with the end results and 3 months later I am super happy. I have amazing support on my nose my breathing is good and my nose is perfectly straight and in the middle .

Dr Miller is a miracle worker! Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have such an amazing result and “glow up!” Having a Doctor like him to answer every single question I had and explain how things were going to affect other things, expectations, recovery tips and time, EVERYTHING went according to our plan! He did exactly what I asked which was “still me, just better!!!!” His staff… amazing! They Make everything so seamless and easy! Can’t say enough about Dr Miller, his team, and all of Associates in Plastic Surgery!!!
