You seem like a good candidate for a mastopexy. This procedure elevates the position of the nipple-areola and the breast tissue higher on your chest and removes excess skin and tightens the breast. You will have an incision around your areola, one from the areola to your breast fold and possibly one in your breast fold. There's no need to wait until after you have children. 

Thank you for the photos.  I recommend sitting down with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.  Based on your photos, a lift would benefit you very well.  I probably would recommend vertical mastopexies - less scarring and better shape of the breasts with more projection Good luck

You will do great with a breast lift. Like all things in life is the tradeoff which in this case is the scars.  Generally you will heal well but with darker skin you will form darker scars.  Take a look at breast lift and breast reduction scars both good and bad to make sure it is worth the trade off. 

Based on your pictures, I would say that you are a great candidate for a breast lift.  The trade-off for achieving perkier breasts through a breast lift is the addition of the scars on the breasts from the surgery.  You appear to have sufficient breast tissue that you would not want/need the addition of breast implants.  You can certainly breast feed after a breast lift procedure, however, your breasts will change after a pregnancy and these changes cannot be predicted.  I would suggest that you schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person and review your options with you.

Most definitely you can have them "fixed." The procedure is commonly done by most all certified plastic surgeons. It's called a mastopexy, which is an uplift. Your nipples need to be elevated to a higher position, and the breast tissue itself can be tightened which will give you a very nicely shaped breast.You have ample breast tissue, so you will not need implants to have a satisfactory size. A mastopexy does leave you with a scar around the areolar, one surgically downward, and a scar in the inframammary crease. There should never be "stitch marks" in any scar produced by a plastic surgeon. These cause will be lines, initially red, and eventually fading to scar maturity at about one year.Then you shape will definitely be worth the scars. You've said all the right things that would make me very comfortable with doing your surgery.  Namely, you're willing to be a bit smaller as a result of the lift so you DON'T need an implant.  Also, as long as you realize the risk of proceeding with surgery prior to children, now is ok.  The main risks are 1: you may not be able to breast feed and 2: you may need surgery again someday.  As for breast feeding, I just ran in to one of my breast lift patients last week and she informed me that she is currently breastfeeding a newborn and doing fine!  As for needing more surgery in the future, that may be true anyway.  Get a few consultations and go for it!  Good luck!

You can absolutely have this corrected. It seems that you have nice soft tissues and considering your age this is a safe guess. Currently you have deflation or loss of volume in the top part of your breast and medial appearing nipple ( too close to the middle of your chest ) with ptosis or sagging. This can be fixed with a lift and if you desire an increase in volume....an implant as well. This is exciting for you an you can have a wonderful, gorgeous result.
