Weight loss may result in reduction of breast size. Breast are composed of fat and breast tissue. Some women have very fatty, less dense breasts (will decrease in size with weight loss) while other women have very dense breasts with little fat (minimal change with weight loss).Dr. Greenwald

At least based on your photos, you are a perfect candidate for a tummy tuck 360. When a patient is an ideal candidate for one thing and chooses to do something else, the result is compromised. It your desire is to have the tightest, flattest tummy you can have, liposuction is not the best option. If you are content to be smaller and likely have more lax skin, liposuction is an option. The short answer is the right amount! Typically the breast tissue is removed in its entirity with a thin layer of tissue left below the areola and liposuction is used to contour the remainder of the chest. Dr. G
