I had an extended tummy tuck with lipo. I can honestly say that I couldn't be HAPPIER. I am only 2 weeks out and my results are amazing!! Dr. Finger and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Finger definitely has a sense of humor to say the least(in a good way).Terri and Audrey are absolutely the sweetest and very caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Finger to anyone who is looking to have any type of plastic surgery.

The whole process couldn't have been easier. Dr Finger and his staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Their office has an easy-going vibe that really takes the stress out of the situation. Dr Finger is a Southern doc and a straight shooter, which I appreciate. The surgery itself was WAY easier than I expected, and their staff in Bluffton were awesome. I expected to be freaking out day-of, but the folks at the surgery center were so sweet and calm that I never did. 4 months post-op and I occasionally forget I had surgery. I've only done in for one follow-up (which I was 3 months late for, because I've had zero problems). I call that a success.

Week 1 Liposuction and Renuvion: Let's start with the fact that Dr. Finger has well over 40 years of experience and embraces innovation and technique like no other. I have wanted to reduce my stomach flanks and abdomen pouch after 4 abdominal surgeries. I have Philadelphia-New York to choose from, but I chose Dr. Finger based on research and his unique liposuction technique (and 5 star experience) that I asked him about during our consultation. Starting with my first visit-the front "desk" Claire, Donna and Cathy were welcoming. When I was called back by Nurse Gina and Evelyn-it was apparent that this was not a regular office. They understood I was nervous about the procedure and immediately help me calm my nerves by their bedside manner. Dr. Finger walks in and is knowledgeable, spent time with me and explained every detail and what to expect. On surgery day, the procedure details were exactly as he explained. No issues! Dr. Finger understood that I want to "get back in the game" and explained that in order to reduce swelling and get the best results, I should rest, walk, and USE THE COMPRESSION. They also put in my garment a foam square that keeps pressure to help reduce swelling-NO ONE ELSE did this as I have had 4 consults prior to this! Thank you nurse Terri and Eveyln for taking such great care of me after the surgery, Thank you Dr. Finger for calling me to check on me, and I have to tell you--if you have wanted this all of your life--don't put it off. I can't wait to see what my tummy looks like 4 weeks from now. My husband can't believe the positive results after one week! BTW-I am walking and resuming activity. Expect some soreness-but it is soo very worth it!!

Update November 2022: I am very happy with my liposuction and renuvion on my stomach. At 54, the difference I feel in clothes and bathing suit is remarkable.

I have been to Dr. Finger for fillers and he uses the minimal dose--does not believe in overdoing it and really takes time to look at the face/shadows to create a youthful face but not OVERDONE. I read some of the reviews and was shocked to see that someone said the office was outdated. The place is pristine-white and greys- minimalistic and squeaky clean and bright! As for the nurses, they are top notch! I would strongly encourage anyone to go to Dr. Finger to get the real deal on plastic surgery. Thank you!

Dr Finger and his staff are amazing!! They know you by name even after your first appointment! They instantly become family! I had a rhinoplasty done July 2019 and choosing Dr Finger was a no brainer. Dr Finger knew exactly what needed to be done to my nose but wanted to make sure he did what I wanted. He never said no to any of my requests and explained proportions of the nose in a way anyone could understand. Every second of my presurgery appointments to my post surgery appointments and especially the actual surgery were relaxed and easy. My results are everything I wanted and more. It’s always easy to make an appointment no matter what you need to be seen for. Nurse Dallas and Dr Finger are amazing at Dysport and Botox too and I plan on being a lifetime patient! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

47 years old Neck was beginning to sag and jowls were becoming more prominent. I’ve wanted fuller lips since I was a teenager. I could not be happier with my results. Dr. Finger is not only one of the kindest professionals I’ve had experience with but he is highly skilled. His staff is amazing! They are incredibly attentive and kind! I will come back for anything else I need. Amazing experience!

Dr. Finger performed an upper blepharoplasty on me (upper eye lid lift) and it was absolutely life changing! I am young, only in my mid twenties but I looked so old and tired because I had excessive upper eyelid skin! The procedure itself was virtually painless and the recovery was a breeze. I would highly recommend Dr. Finger to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Finger and his staff have been outstanding from the very start! They made this whole experience so incredibly easy and rewarding. I was expecting to have a lot of pain after the procedure, my best friend had told me that she needed dilaudid after her BA and that she was pretty much incapacitated for at least a week.In the operation suite, the nurses got me ready and made sure that I felt relaxed and I knew exactly what was going on at every step. Dr. Finger came in and said hi as well before the surgery which was really as well. After that all I remember was getting on a comfy padded operating table. I woke up from the anesthesia and I honestly had thought that I had done something wrong. I asked the nurse why I hadn't gotten my surgery since I was in no pain what so ever. She laughed and told me that everything went perfectly and that I definitely had gotten my breast augmentation!I had no pain and only minor tightness of my skin ( obviously to be expected) during my recovery. I was able to go out for dinner and walk around savannah the day after my surgery. Finally, the results that Dr. Finger was able to achieve for me are fantastic! I had high expectations going in but he was able to achieve better results than what I could have even imagined!I would highly recommend Dr. Finger to any and everyone. You would really be doing yourself a disservice by not choosing Dr. Finger and his team.

I wanted to updated my review with some post op pictures to help anyone out that might be interested. I still love my new boobs. It really has been the best thing I've ever done for myself. I would still recommend Dr. Finger to anyone. I am in fact going back to hom to get lipo done!

Have had lip fillers 3 or 4 times but once the initial swelling went down I was disappointed.

This time with Dr Fingers advise I finally got the lips I wanted with Kyess from Galderma.

Hurt like nobody’s business but.....I’m a big baby. Worth it? Yasssss!! Minor bruising and swelling.

8 days after treatment. Very pleased! Love my lips! Restylane Kysse is advertised to last up to a year! Fingers crossed! Will update in a few months. Will definitely have procedure again when the time comes.....

Dr Finger not “fingers” hate auto correct

Dr. Finger did a fantastic job with my mommy makeover! I had diastasis recti and desperately wanted my core back and to not look like I was 1st trimester pregnant no matter how much weight I lost. My waistline is back and I no longer have to constantly fuss with clothing to hide it. And, getting the girls restored was not a consideration at first, but holy moly am I so glad I just went for it! Dr. Finger knows what he's doing and they are amazing!! Yippee!

I’m writing this review because of the amazing experience I had during my NeoGraft procedure at the Finger and Associates office in Savannah, Ga. After carefully researching different offices and big wig companies such as Bosley, I decided to schedule a free consultation with Dr. Fingers office. I’m glad that I did. Not only did Dr. Finger take the time to answer all my questions (which I did have quite a few), but he called me a few days after my procedure to check-in on me. You may ask yourself “What kind of doctor calls his patients at home after a procedure?” The answer is a doctor who cares about the wellbeing of his patients. Also, all of his staff are great starting with the receptionists, the Financial Department, and medical staff. This also includes his three technicians who performed my NeoGraft procedure. All three of them deserve a special recognition for their spectacular work.
It’s only been a few weeks since my procedure, and the outcome was better than I could have hoped. I’m excited to see the final result in about 11 months. So, if you are looking for a excellent hair restoration clinic, look no further, because Finger and Associates is the one.
