Is it normal for breast nipples and areola to be facing different directions?

All breasts are asymmetric.  Most asymmetries can be improved with surgery but not 100% corrected.  A photo would be helpful.  Good luck. 

Yes, it is very common to have slight variations and asymmetry with respect to nipple location and breast size.  It is difficulty to correct nipple location asymmetries in the horizontal dimension but not the vertical dimension.  It is also important to remember that any augmentation surgeries may exacerbate these asymmetries.

Thank you for your question.  It depends if you are talking about pre- or post-op.  It is not unusual for women to have anatomy as you described, but if your anatomy changed to this after surgery, you should discuss this with your operating surgeon.All the best,

Most people have some asymmetry of the two breasts, and this may be the case for you as well. Hard to say for sure without photos.
