Saggy skin 5 months after abdominal lipo? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and pictures.  It looks to me like the best way to fix the uneven areas and the saggy skin as well as the belly button it to do a Tummy Tuck.  Be sure that the doctor that did your lipo is a Board Certified PS and then inquire about TT.

You should address your concerns to your surgeon and see what options are offered. I suspect you may need an abdominoplasty to tighten the loose skin.

Unfortunately, this is a classic situation where a post-pregnancy patient gets liposuction instead of a tummy tuck. The problem with liposuction in this situation is that it doesn't tighten the skin to any noticeable degree and the tummy tends to wrinkle more after removing the fat with liposuction. At this point, a tummy tuck will help correct most of your loose skin and some of your contour irregularities as well
