Dr. Masri is hands down the best surgeon in Miami. From my consultation to my aftercare, Dr Masri’s bedside manner is top-notch. He leaves you confident in his ability and puts all your fears or concerns to rest. Your safety is his priority. He is always available (even while in vacation). And the end result is phenomenal!!!! I can’t say enough about him. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
My motivation was improving my appearance! I lost 100 lbs Naturally and I had excess skin from that and two pregnancies. After hearing I was an excellent candidate for the mommy makeover I went for it. Updated on 28 Apr 2022: Prior my breast augmentation in tummy tuck I had a weight loss of 100 lbs naturally. I also had twocesareans. I never really had Breast and I had a lot of negative chest space and excess skin from up and down weight and two pregnancies. The Stretch marks didn't bother me. So after the birth of my Second child I decided to have the procedure done in Miami Florida by Dr. Nick Masri. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I was super nervous to start this process I have three children 5,4 and 10 months but I was so unhappy with my body . I wanted a change for so long but I wasn’t sure if I could afford it or handle it . But I finally decided to do it! I got a tummy tuck so from the very begging ANGIE has been the greatest and so helpful I appreciate her more than words could say ! I had scheduled my surgery and I live in NC so I drove there and stayed from the 10 until the 19 I had my first pre op on the 11 and my COVID test and surgery on the 13th and my first post op visit the 18th I stayed in the hospital the first day after Dr.masri was the best he checked on me was patient and did a wonderful job ! My first time walking wasn’t as bad as I thought but my drains are what was the most painful and not painful bc of them but when getting up I felt like that’s what pulled the most I’m day 9 post op and I think today was my first shower without being in a bend mode so it was less painful my first shower was the 19 and it was really difficult bc I was In a bent position each position especially early morning hurts going from laying to standing or even laying to sitting just felt like I put a lot of pressure on the drain sight the binder was also aggravating bc of my hips so it rode up often I did try to get a faja but until the drains are removed my husband and I are to nervous to get it on bc it’s a very much more tighter way and you have to pull and tug to put on . Walking is getting easier by the day . Can’t bend over and put lotion on that’s a goal belly button looks great too honestly I am still numb in certain areas even still on day 9 I plan to update and put pics on 1 month post op and let everyone know how I’m feeling. Any questions please ask bc I had so many and wanted to know from a actual person what was going on . How it felt . I also was a c section mom . Updated on 15 May 2022: Sooo guys here for my update things have been rough drain wise but yesterday I got my first drain removed ! I’m so ready to see my body in regular clothes here’s a body update ! But feeling wise I am feeling better I do stand up straight I noticed that when I take the binder off even to use the restroom before I shower things feel uncomfortable it’s more comfortable weirdly to be tight in the binder versus not being in it but I’m ready to switch over into the Faja I haven’t been able to yet because of the drains
Dr.Masri & his staff (Angie&Christina) are absolutely amazing!! There you aren't just another "chart". They take care of you as patients are to be taken care of! Every time I call in they know who I am ..I don't have to say " hello, this is ... my surgery was on ..." they already know! Great Bedside Manner, I could on & on about the care at Face+Body Cosmetics!! This procedure is the best thing that I could've ever done for myself. After 4 C-Sections, Dr.Masri has given me my confidence back! Iam only 3weeks PostOp and I'm not fully recovered just yet and I have amazing results already!! So the pictures I post aren't the finished product, it's just the beginning! Iam so excited, thank you Dr.Masri, Angie, & Christina.
My doctor is amazing, I was admitted and had surgery in a hospital which afterwards I stayed for a day. I am cut hip to hip but it looks natural. Lipo wasn't preformed because he stated I didn't need it. Dr. Masri has great bed side manners. Always smiling and joking. The hardest at day 1 was walking but I'm glad he pushed me to do so. Dr. Masri and staff kept in touch this whole time during recovery. He kept saying to call if I have any issues. Angie would answer 24/7 and walk me through everything..... the binder being tight, my constipation, everything .
Dr. Masri and his staff are amazing caring and always there to support you throughout your process. I am 7 months post-op and he has been there for me every step of the way. I had an abdominoplasty and 7 months later you can barely see the scar. The pre during and post care is very comforting. I can not thank him enough for his work and support. Truly God sent.
On 11/30 Dr. Masri changed my life. From the 1st day I met Dr. Masri his confidence made me so comfortable, I told him what I wanted and he delivered. Also I could call Dr. Masri at any time, he would answer & reassure me that everything would be fine. Not only does he know his stuff he perform the procedure in the hospital which is a plus too me. My pain level was a 1 or 2, it was mostly the stiffness or soreness and his technique left my tt scar barely noticeable. Oh and I can't forget Angie i also very nice and knowledgeable. Im beyond satisfied with my results and ill pick Dr. Masri every time if I had too.
I loved everything about him. He really cares for his patients and the quality of his work. He is a very confident doctor and know that his results at the best and I totally agree with him 100%. After 2 sets of twins he made me fall in love with my body all over. I would recommend him to anyone who wants great results and a doctor that cares.
I got a Tummy Tuck, muscle repair and arm liposuction. Dr. Masri was my doctor and he was amazing! Along with Kyla, his post op LPN. Their communication was always great! Overall I paid $8k for everything (not including Airbnb, flights, food, transportation, etc.) Pre-op was on 12/3 at 8:30am and There wasn’t a wait. The following day was surgery day at 6:30am, i waited about 10 mins and then I went back to start my process. I was out by 1pm. Dr. Masri is literally the best! He knows his stuff!! He plays no games and he keeps it real! 10/10 for me!
I had the best experience with Dr. Masri, Angie and Christina! They all feel like family! Very personal and walked me through the entire procedure since I first had a consultation back in April. Angie always called me back and stayed on the phone with me as long as I needed her too. She kept me updated with everything and is very knowledgeable with everything single question I had. They don’t just take your money , do the surgery and let you go on your way. Instead, they’re hands on through every step and take pride in making sure your overall life changing experience is extraordinary! Angie is a realist and will be honest with letting you know what is too much for your body, or what’s not enough. She treated me as if my body was her own body and made sure I felt comfortable with my implant size. I told her how I wanted to look in a v shape dress and top and she did her thing! I love her! Dr. Masri is also very hands on and made me feel extremely comfortable! I would recommend Face&Body to anyone who is looking to have a life changing experience with a team who cares about your well being, before and after surgery! I got a breast lift and 485cc implant and after surgery I look great!! Thank you for all your help! I truly appreciate it! P.S my surgery was done today and I don’t have many pictures. I will show before and after photos once I can take more. Updated on 4 Dec 2020: I took these pictures November 29th. 10 days post op! I feel absolutely amazing! They are dropping at a Normal pace and shaping very well. I’m able to wear shirts without a bra. The tape is still on the anchor scar but I’ll be able to take it off in about another week or so. Roughly around the 14th of December. I will post a one month post op. Updated on 4 Apr 2021: I’m 4 1/2 months post op and I’m very satisfied with my results! Very minimum scarring (very minimal) they feel like real breast. Very soft & squishy! I just recently got sized and I am a 34DD.
A breast lift is achieved through a breast reduction. A breast reduction is not necessarily achieved through a breast lift . They both improve the relationship of the nipple areola and the breast itself. The reduction decreases breast size, whereas the lift procedure does not to the same degree
Your understanding is correct. Office/Ambulatory settings allow a maximum of 4 litres of fat aspiration with liposuction as the only procedure with an additional procedure, the maximum legal amount is 1 litre If single or combined procedures are performed in the hospital these laws do not apply. It may or not be obvious why these laws are in place. Simply consider the fact that hospitals are much more equipped to handle any emergency that may arise from any surgical procedure. They also have more resources, ie. Physician specialists, laboratory facilities, diagnostic equipment, should the need arise. This is a very important issue for one to consider when having plastic surgery . Your safety must go in tandem with meeting your goals and expectations
Tummy Tucks are designed to improve the shape of the waist by removing excess skin and subcutaneous fat and by tightening the rectus muscles . Muscle tightening (plication) is what narrows the waistline and “flattens” the abdominal wall. This creates an internal girdle of sorts. It looks like this could be accomplished nicely based on your photos. Liposuction of the flanks may also enhance your shape. This is often done at the same time.Best Wishes!
Congratulations on your tummy tuck, Lubov2423. Since it’s only been 3.5 months since your surgery, I suggest that you wait until 6 months post-op before considering revision surgery. The appearance of your scar will still improve over time. You also have to allow your body to fully heal first before you undergo another surgery. If after 6 months you’re still unhappy with the appearance of your belly button, then please consult a reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon for your possible treatment options. Good luck!
Congratulations on your tummy tuck, CLayneB! The length of time drains stay in place depends on your condition and the discretion of your plastic surgeon. In general, drains stay in place for two weeks. But if there’s a lot of liquid accumulating inside, then it’s okay to extend it for a couple more weeks. Just follow the instructions of your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon and you’ll be fine. He knows your condition best so trust his recommendations. Best of luck!
