Rhinoplasty is a very artistic and technically challenged procedure. It requires an in person examine, photographs, and a program that allows for morphing so that we can educate each other as to what you want and what the surgeon can achieve. At the end, one can decide if we can provide you with your desires. As you change the tip, the nasal base may or may not become more or less harmonious. Morphing helps. I perform 95% of all Rhinoplasty as a closed procedure. You must find a surgeon with that experience if that is what you want.

The treatment for your breast would be best determined after an exam by a board certified plastic surgeon. From you brief photos - my recommendations would be 1) Implant augmentation/reconstruction 2) Periareolar reduction - and tucking of the areolar protrusion/ weakness.

You are young for a lip lift or a corner lift. There is no internal lifts, but there is an operation that can lift the corner of your mouth with a slight, but real external scar.

When examining an abdomen we look for three things: 1) Do you have extra skin? Yes 2) Do you have muscle weakness or separation? Yes 3) Do you have extra fat? Probably when looking at height/ weight You already have a C section scar - So a Tummy tuck is your answer

There are two separate areas of extra fat around the breasts that women often ask us to solve. 1) The Fat in the Axilla - this is best treated with liposuction 2) Anterior axillary fold - the upper small roll that sits above the lateral breast - This can be treated with Kybella or by liposuction.

I find that what three different people think a C cup is different. Sizing you with implants in a bra would allow us to look at you in the mirror, take photos of you with the bra and implants will allow us to look at the harmony of the new breast size to your body. Based on what you have said, I think that a Moderate plus silicone implant would serve you best in a submuscular position. We would start at 250 ccs and will probably endup somewhere between 325 and 375 cc's.

One should discuss with your plastic surgeon your preferences. Look at his before and after photos to see if he is comfortable with it, and gets good results. If not, and that is what you want, find a plastic surgeon whom can do that for you.

You are one of the perfect types of tummy tuck candidate.    You have demonstrated the ability to loose 80 pounds, and although your ideal body weight would be 140 pounds.   Many patients continue to improve their body weight/shape after a tummy tuck in your situation.   Of course, your surgeon would have to test and discuss the rest of your health history.

Liposuction is an ideal tool for individuals close to ideal body weight with a few specific areas that are in need of countouring.   Your ideal body weight would be 130 LBs.   You should work on a diet and exercise program and loos at least 30 to 45 pounds before considering liposuction.

This is an excellent question.    I will answer this question in two ways1) The important thing is to meet multiple surgeons, meet their staff and get a sense of the customer service offered and the cohesiveness of the team that will take care of you.   Look at their Before and  After photos to see if the results are what you are looking for.  Discuss the surgeon's plan and hopefully they having some morphing software that might show you what you might look like after surgery.2) Price is based on the cost of business - Rent, labor costs, supplies, marketing etc.   The practice must cover it's overhead and make some profit.   If you are renting an office on 5th Avenue in New York, your costs are higher than an office Albany, Georgia.Having said that, price is partially determined by how in demand the individual is in that area.  People will travel a distance to have an excellent surgeon operate on them.  This leads to a busier schedule and the ability to charge more, to reduce the numbers whom are waiting to have surgery.  If you are not busy, your fees go down so that you can pay your expenses.So the market does tell you a little about whom might be better - for the area anyways.But your appointment will help you look at what your experience and results will be like in each office.
