For liposuction the most critical component to limit swelling after the procedure is the compression garment supplied to you by your surgeon. Be sure to voice your concerns to them, they can offer you additional recommendations.
For swelling after liposuction, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Combining a good liposuctioning of the neck/jawline with a lower face/neck lift would by far be your best option and can be done under local anesthesia. It would look so natural and be a huge improvement.
