Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Many patients find Arnica Montana and Bromelain to be good added supplements to the pre and post surgery period to help limit swelling and bruising.  For liposuction the most critical component to limit swelling after the procedure is the compression garment supplied to you by your surgeon.  Be sure to voice your concerns to them, they can offer you additional recommendations.

For swelling after liposuction, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Arnica Montana and bromelain are often used for swelling and bruising.  There are other over the counter natural remedies that can be of help as well. Certainly any use of medications should be discussed with your surgeon.. Swelling in most post liposuction patients  can be reduced with lymphatic massage as well as compression garments.
