Dents and folding maybe from going from XL to LG faja 5 days PO. The XL didn't feel like it was compressing much? (photo)

Today was my first day back to work. I called my Dr office & 2 nurses said the indents weren't going to be permanent for me not to worry. I swelled a lot from all of the bending, lifting, and twisting. The SzLG felt way better than the XL until I felt it creasing on my sides and back during the night at work. I get Hm to shower and notice the fold on my lower back above my tattoo. I didn't have this until I switched to the smaller sz. I don't want to ruin my Drs beautiful work. PLEASE HELP!!!
