Yes, you can liposuction these areas again if doing a tummy tuck later. You would want to wait about 3 months between procedures to ensure all swelling has resolved.
you can do liposuction as many times as you have fat to be removed. I would wait 6 months to consider a second treatment especially if an energy based device was done such as laser or ultrasound. Please get a VASER HI DEF procedure to get the most contour. Dr. Emer.
Liposuction is generally recommended to be performed with significant intervals, typically allowing the body to heal fully. It’s crucial to consult with a medical professional for recommendations, but waiting at least 6 months between procedures is a common guideline to ensure proper recovery.
Thanksfor your question needlesandthread. Depending on what your surgeon has advised, there may be a possibility of having liposuction in combination with your tummytuck surgery. While it is possible to have repeat Liposuction procedures, this canpotentially increase the likelihood of lumps and uneven contouring in thetreated areas, due to the development of scar tissue - which may make thesurgery more complicated, and can produce unnatural results. After any procedure, I recommend you adhereto follow-up instructions on aftercare given to you by your surgeon (which may include wearing a compression garment), and allowingat least 60 days for the tissues to heal and the swelling to go down. This willallow you to accurately assess your liposuction results. As always, I also recommendconsulting with a board-certified cosmetic surgeon before scheduling anysurgery.
The beauty of liposuction is that once fat is removed from an area, the manner in which fat is distributed in your body is changed for your lifetime. You have control of how much you weigh but you do not have control of how your fat is distributed except by liposuction. (Remember the vibrating belts that were popular in the 40’s? You may have seen photographs of women standing near a machine with a wide belt going around their buttocks with the machine jiggling the belt and therefore the buttock. You no longer see that device because it didn’t work.) Liposuction does work and it can be done as many times as is necessary to get the result that it is possible for you to get. Ideally one treatment would give you your best result possible, but due to the nature of the procedure, touch-ups may be needed and can be performed. Also, the standard liposuction without ultra-sound, laser, or high pressure water is effective without the added risk, pain, and expense of energized liposuction.Generally one should wait at least 4 months before you consider any further treatment since your result will continue to improve for at least that length of time.
Your best opportunity for the best result in ANY surgery, but especially liposuction, is the first time. The procedure itself causes fibrosis and scarring in the fat layers making subsequent liposuctions more likely to have irregularity with not so much fat being removed. I recommend you and your surgeon plan to remove all the fat you can that is appropriate at your first operation and then a minimum of 4-6 months later re-evaluate everything to see what, if any, other procedures may be indicated/possible.
You have many issues. #1. You do not need a TT ever. #2. Your wish pics are unrealistic. #3. You would or should need only 1 lipo + BBL to achieve an improved appearance. Best to see only docs whom ate true BBL experts NOT clinica ones...
Arnica Montana and bromelain are often used for swelling and bruising. There are other over the counter natural remedies that can be of help as well. Certainly any use of medications should be discussed with your surgeon.. Swelling in most post liposuction patients can be...
Thank you for asking about your liposuiction. As your surgeon's office said, you are swollen and the indentations from the garment will not be permanently. That is swelling. It will take 6 months to see the final result of your liposuction. No need to panic, just be patient. Always see a Board...
I would certainly return to your plastic surgeon who hopefully is certified by the American Board of plastic surgery. He needs to assess whether there is actual fluid that has accumulated. It would appear also that you have excessive skin that may eventually have to be removed in...
