Will a BBL reshape my butt & fix my long lower back?

Hi,Based on your photo, you appear to be a great candidate for liposuction and fat transfer to your hips/buttocks areas. Hello and thank you for posting. The short answer is of yes it will. It will help reshape the entire area. Your butt, hips back and waist will all improve. If you feel your lower back looks long, it is probably because the upper part of your butt is missing some volume. This is an easy fix! As for the heart shape butt, you have the perfect body type for it so you are actually a great candidate!

Based on your photographs, you would be a great candidate for a Brazilian butt lift. By removing the fat from around your tummy and back, your waist will be narrowed. I would recommend placing the fat into the hips and buttocks. The fuller buttocks will make the lower back appear shorter. By adding fat into the hips, it will smoothen the transition from your waist to your thighs and create a more heart shaped bottom.

The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. So, you need enough fat in these areas for transfer to the buttocks. Depending on your desired results, you may be asked to gain more weight. That said, a heart-shaped buttocks if the most desired shape by my patients and what I typically strive for unless the patient has other goals in mind. Hi,  thank you for your question and photograph. Your sides are empty, that requires fat transfer from your waist and lower back to the sides. I see hips too peaky at one point on sides, That requires contouring with superficial liposuction. Weight loss may cause gluteal ptosis, can be reversed by fat transfer to the mid-buttock, increasing the projection at the same time.

Hi and thank you for your question. Yes, it will. Pretty easy answer right? Well let’s review. Often fat is significantly reduced from your waist area this reducing the anatomic height of your waist. This produces a lower narrower waistline. Forming a less “rectangular” butt. The fat transfer can be added to areas of the lower butt and hips to create a more “heart shape”. But I will caution all patients that genetics plays a big roll. Often we cannot gone a patient results of their “wish pic”. So it has limitations.
