I had a BBL on 03/30/22 in Miami. I live in NC so i cannot just go see my ps for help. I have been experiencing severe pain in my buttock area. I cannot sit, lay on my back, or on my sides without very severe pain. It started off just feeling sore, but it's getting increasingly, worse. I will draw lines where it's the most painful. Also, my dr only injected fat into my upper bum area. The bottom portion is still the same and the inner, bottom booty area has two weird little pockets.

Based on your photos and description it seems as if that area of contour irregularity you developed post-op is due to the liposuction that was performed in the area. The only way I know to address that is to refill the area. Fat transfer would be a good option to try to recontour that area. You...
