Can you advise on pain & odd shapes after BBL on 03/30/22? (Photos)

Question

I had a BBL on 03/30/22 in Miami. I live in NC so i cannot just go see my ps for help. I have been experiencing severe pain in my buttock area. I cannot sit, lay on my back, or on my sides without very severe pain. It started off just feeling sore, but it's getting increasingly, worse. I will draw lines where it's the most painful. Also, my dr only injected fat into my upper bum area. The bottom portion is still the same and the inner, bottom booty area has two weird little pockets.

It all depends on the surgical technique used by the specialist. that's why I suggest you speak with your plastic surgeon immediately; send him a text o have a virtual consultation. You need to follow up with your provider. That is the person who did the procedure and is responsible for the outcome.
I do not recommend patients travel long distances for elective surgical procedures. People seem to not appreciate the importance of having proper in person consultations before surgery, the number of people who have concerns after surgery or need revisions or that complications do happen.
These are all the reasons why I recommend patients not to travel for surgical procedures.
Your surgeon is responsible for the outcome and you are responsible for choosing that surgeon.
If you want to proper Second opinion consultations then schedule those as in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your community. You should come prepared for second opinion consultations with proper before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report which are all available from your surgeons office upon request.
