I had a lower body lift done back in 2020 after major weight loss (75kg) I am extremely un happy with the results as my cheeks are extremely uneven. In pants it’s so much worse. I will post photos Do I need revision? I also want more projection as it’s left me flat.. would a BBL be suitable? Thank you

Answer: Lower body lift Dear mfranjkovic, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Asymmetry between right and left inferior gluteal creases. Hi, mfranjkovic! Thank you for your question and photos. When I evaluate your pre and post-op photos, I can see that you had an asymmetry of lower gluteal creases between two sides before the surgery. The body lift may correct the skin laxity and help with the volume loss but it can not change the location of the lower gluteal crease. So after the surgery when your buttocks were lifted and augmented this asymmetry became more obvious. A lower gluteal lift may be done on right side from the lower crease in the expense of a new one-sided scar. This procedure will help to reduce the difference of the levels of the creases.
