Uneven bum cheeks after lower body lift, do I need revision & would BBL be suitable for projection?

Based on your photographs, there is more depression on one hip than the other. It is hard to assess the overall buttock shape and projection. A Brazilian buttlift can be used to improve the asymmetries and make the buttocks more rounded. The main limitation in someone who has had significant weight loss is finding enough fat to address all of your concerns without creating other issues. For example, given the skin has stretched out from weight loss and gain, it will not recoil, and you may be left with loose skin after liposuction to get the fat needed. I would recommend visiting your surgeon and discussing your concerns.

Thank-you for your query. Autologous fat injections can even out the asymmetry you see in the buttocks including the depression on one side. This would be a modification of the Brazilian Buttock Lift procedure. I do not think you need a full revision of the lower body lift procedure, based on the picture you have posted. When I evaluate your pre and post-op photos, I can see that you had an asymmetry of lower gluteal creases between two sides before the surgery. The body lift may correct the skin laxity and help with the volume loss but it can not change the location of the lower gluteal crease. So after the surgery when your buttocks were lifted and augmented this asymmetry became more obvious. A lower gluteal lift may be done on right side from the lower crease in the expense of a new one-sided scar. This procedure will help to reduce the difference of the levels of the creases.

Your case is very challenging. It seems like you had some asymmetry of your gluteal folds pre-op with the left buttock sitting higher than the right. After your surgery it seems like that difference is now exaggerated. I think a BBL would help in terms of increasing your projection but I would be concerned that the fold discrepancy might worsen because you cannot add tissue beneath the fold. You may need to have a procedure to raise the right fold but that involved actually removing the tissue and will leave a scar. Make sure you do your research before booking any surgery because as stated before, your case is not straightforward.

Thank you for the photos you have provided. Congrats on your weight loss, 75 kg is a huge amount! I do understand your frustration about the sagginess, it is a common situation with almost all patients who have lost weight. goes through the same problems. But please don't get upset over this because the body can improve greatly with certain operations.
We can gather the extra fat from your body, then it can be injected into your buttocks. It will make the skin tighten because it will have fat tissues inside. An even appearance will be applied also, and then hopefully you will be happier with your life!

Only 1 posted photo in panties so really not helpful? But my guess is YES a lipo with BBL can improve the appearances of your buttock. Expect fees from $6,000+.

Gluteal area after body lift do you have a gluteal asymmetry on your before pictures.
The placement of the undergarments on the different pictures hides it to some degree with the red undergarments and exemplifies it in the later pictures.
The relationship between the gluteal fold is not affected by a body lift.
The asymmetry is most likely based on skeletal structure.
I don’t think this was related to your procedure because it’s present in your preoperative pictures.
