Uneven bum cheeks after lower body lift, do I need revision & would BBL be suitable for projection?

Based on your photographs, there is more depression on one hip than the other. It is hard to assess the overall buttock shape and projection. A Brazilian buttlift can be used to improve the asymmetries and make the buttocks more rounded. The main limitation in someone who has had significant weight loss is finding enough fat to address all of your concerns without creating other issues. For example, given the skin has stretched out from weight loss and gain, it will not recoil, and you may be left with loose skin after liposuction to get the fat needed. I would recommend visiting your surgeon and discussing your concerns.

Thank-you for your query. Autologous fat injections can even out the asymmetry you see in the buttocks including the depression on one side. This would be a modification of the Brazilian Buttock Lift procedure. I do not think you need a full revision of the lower body lift procedure, based on the picture you have posted.
