Help with breast augmentation recommendations? Want augmentation that is natural looking to fill loose skin? (Photos)

for a breast augmentation.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.    Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a

You have some looser skin after your breast lift. Adding a conservatively sized implant with a moderate or low plus profile should give you a very natural and better result.

Thank you for your photos and inquiry. You are candidate for a breast augmentation can be gummy bear implants which are better to use, placed under the muscle and also a breast lift from areola. A breast augmentation is certainly going to improve the overall fullness of the breast. it should also improve the upper pole of the breast. I do notice, however, that you have some additional fullness along the outer aspect of the breast. This fullness will not be evened out with just an implant. I suspect a revision of you mastopexy in this area will tighten up the outer breast and leave you with your original incision lines.

You do look like a good candidate for an augmentation, but you do have a few different options. The first would be with augmentation with silicone implants. The second would be augmentation with fat grafting. Fat grafting can look more natural but may require 2 sessions to get great results.  Good luck!

Thank you for your question.  Yes, you can go bigger and implants will help fill out some of that skin a well as add superior fullness.  You would probably also benefit from a redo of your lift, especially on your left breast to make the nipples more even.  Best to speak to a board certified plastic surgeon.  All the best,

physical exam is optimal but your options appear to be silicone breast augmentation with placement of implants over muscle, under breast tissue to fill in deflated skin, or revision of the mastopexy with placement of the implants under the muscle.
