Dr. Magge is great. His experience with gynecomastia procedures made me feel comfortable working with him and I’m really happy with the results. Wish I had done it 10 years ago. Hi! I have recently had multiple procedures performed by Dr. Magge. I have lost 175 pounds and had a lot of excess skin. I was feeling horrible about the way I was looking and it set me into a pretty deep depression. The excess skin I was left with looked so much worse than the excess weight did. It was time for the skin removal. I did a ton of research and thank God a friend of mine recommend Dr. Magge so i checked him out and made a consultation. BEST decision of my life !! The staff greeted me so warm and friendly and then I met Dr. Magge!! He was awesome!! He listened to all of my concerns, hesitations and answered all of my questions. He made me feel at ease about plastic surgery!! He is so kind, knowledgeable and friendly!! Okay, so.. I ended up getting a tummy tuck, breast reduction, back lift, arm skin removal, breast implants, lower and upper eyes done aaaaand my favey fave my deep plane face lift !! I am about to turn 55 and I even had sagging skin on my face. I look about 20-25 years younger !! My body is so beautiful !!! I was 300 pounds my entire adult life and what Dr. Magge has done for me has not only changed me physically but has literally made my soul happier. He is professional, a genius at what he does, he is an artist and he is kind!! He even gave me his cell phone number after surgery so i could call him at home with any concerns. If you are thinking about having plastic surgery.. your search is over. Dr. Magge is the one you have been looking for !! You're going to be as happy as I am !!!!! Go for it !! Dr. Magge was amazing from start to finish for my breast augmentation. He was so nice and willing to answer any questions I had. My surgery and recovery went smoothly with no complications. I cannot recommend him enough!

I had a tummy tuck with lipo on my flanks in December 2024. Overall, my experience was quite positive – here is the rundown. I contemplated having a tummy tuck for over a year. Initially I thought I would be suitable for lipo alone, but after having two kids that route wasn’t going to give me the look I wanted. I was absolutely terrified of having surgery, I had only been in the hospital twice – both instances to deliver my children. After several consultations and contemplating for over a year, I selected Dr. Magge as my tummy tuck surgeon. First, Dr. Magge is very pleasant, has good bedside manners, and generally I felt at ease with him performing this major surgery. I am absolutely thrilled with my results! I am about 3 months post-surgery and recovering well. My tummy tuck scar is healing fabulously, and my friends have all complemented me on my results. My surgical nurse, Joy, and the anesthesiologist are truly the best – on the day of surgery I simply could not have had a better team taking care of me - everything went smoothly. There are two points of interaction that need improvement. My pre-surgery nurse, Shaila, was difficult to work with. This less-than-optimal interaction heightened my already existing anxiety about the surgery and almost caused me to back out of it altogether. She did not or was extremely slow at returning emails and phone calls, her responses were short, and sometimes did not answer my questions. Another bad interaction was with my follow-up appointment nurse. She was nice and pleasant, but could not get my drainage tube out. She tugged and tugged, which was extremely painful. Finally, she called in Dr. Magge who pulled it right out. She obviously needs more training. Considering the positives and the challenges, I would choose Dr. Magge again. Summer 2025, here I come!!!

I recently had lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to fix my eye bags, which I've had and hated since a child. I cannot say enough about Dr. Magge and his staff. Everything went smoothly and the end results are fabulous. I would not go anywhere else! Dr. Magge is polite, meticulous and very knowledgeable...and because of this I was confident that he would do a great job and he did.

Working with Dr. Magge and the rest of the staff at CSA Bethesda was one of the best decisions I have made for my weight loss and body journey! Dr. Magge was extremely professional, thorough and compassionate. He answered all of my questions, quelled my concerns, and walked me through every step of the process. One of my main concerns was not wanting any form of implants, and I had had experiences with other surgeons trying to push breast implants on me to up my bill. Dr. Magge never gave me the feeling that I was just a check to him. He patiently listened to exactly what I wanted, never tried to sell me on anything, and walked me through all of the steps that it would take to get me the results of my dreams.
