I’m 70 years old and thought I was too late for a deep plane facelift. After my first consultation, Dr. Magge gave me the confidence and assurance that I would look natural—a much younger version of myself. I’m now five weeks out, and although I still have some healing to do, the results have been fabulous under his skilled hands. My neck looks smooth and tight with no sagging or jowls. With his recommendation, I also decided to have a brow lift. Wow—so happy! No more Botox on my forehead. Best of all, I love Dr. Magge’s warm disposition. His care and attentiveness gave me the courage to move forward.

One of the most important things you need to find in a surgeon is one that is caring and accessible. Dr. Magge is both! I had his cell phone and texted him an annoying amount of times with random questions and he was literally always very fast at responding (when not in surgery). I'm on the younger side for this procedure so we went very conservatively to not look overdone. Bonus was that he has the most amazing support staff, nurses, admin, and just his whole team. Everyone is warm and kind!

I had a deep plane facelift, endoscopic eyebrow lift, buccal fat removal and fat grafting on Nov 17, 2025, and I am so glad that I did! I decided to treat myself for my 60th birthday and get all of the above plus a breast lift (!) for my 60 birthday. I had had previous facial procedures by a renowned doctor in NC, but found that his prices had skyrocketed to Kardashian levels, so searched for a doctor that I felt I could trust and whose work I admired. I looked all over the east coast using Real Self, Google and even Reddit for a year before I decided to schedule an in person consultation with Dr. Magge. His staff was very kind and welcoming via email and my husband and I drove to Maryland for the consult. While there, I realized I didn't want to wear an underwire bra for the rest of my life, and decided to also ask about a breast reduction. The clinic is spotless, they have their own operating room and anesthesiologists, and Dr. Magge was delightful. We discussed upper bleph vs brow lift, breast lift versus reduction and he was very confident that I would do better with a brow lift and lift (I had a lot of skin from weight loss, and the lift would result in a reduction without removing breast tissue). I scheduled the surgery that day for the next month. When time for surgery came, I had rented an Airbnb in Bethesda and my husband came with me to take care of me. The procedure itself was on a Monday and was over before I knew it. I had the expected swelling and bruising, but by Saturday my husband and I went to the Lincoln Memorial and on Sunday we toured the National Portrait Gallery. On Monday I had a recheck and staples removed from the brow lift. Everything looked good, and I was "released" to go home. I am continuing to heal in NC and even though I'm still a little swollen (expected), it is obvious to me my surgeries were a success. I would recommend Dr. Magge and his staff unreservedly - he has mad skills, is kind and funny and his staff is top notch.

I had every question and was very skeptical of the whole procedure, but he has done an amazing job -Everything I could expect and more. For my 60th birthday I decided to treat myself to some well deserved maintenance. Originally I was just interested in a deep plane facelift, but the thought of not having to wear an underwire bra for the last years of my life has always been appealing too, so a breast reduction/lift was always in the back of my mind. Finding a reputable surgeon was going to be a bit of a hurdle. I had used a locally renowned NC surgeon for some minor work in the past, but found that his prices skyrocketed to Kardashian levels, so I started looking at traveling a bit. I started reading reviews about various surgeons on the east and west coast, and Dr. Maggie's reviews, YouTube videos and thoughtful answers to questions ticked the boxes. My husband and I travelled to the DC area for a consultation, and we were both impressed with Dr. Magge, his demeanor and the facility. He suggested a deep plane facelift, brow lift, buccal fat removal and suggested that if I wanted a breast reduction, a mastopexy with a lollipop incision would be the way to go. Fast forward. A month later, I'm a week out from having all of these procedures performed, and I am thrilled! I travelled with my wonderful husband from NC to Bethesda for this - spent the week in a nice condo in Bethesda. Had the surgery on Monday, and by Saturday we were walking around the Lincoln Memorial. (Yes, I'm a little bruised and swollen, but I feel good!). I will continue seeing Dr. Magge via video call and in person in a few months. Although I am swollen and bruised (as expected!) it is clear to me the results will be stellar - they already are exceptional. Dr. Magge is extremely skilled, has a great bedside manner, has a great sense of humor and his staff and surgical center are top notch. Communication was quick and efficient and never a concern. So glad I took this chance for this milestone in my life!

It has been a year since my gynecomastia surgery with Dr. Magge in October 2024, and the results have been nothing short of life changing. They were only in for about a week, and I truly believe they made a major difference in my healing and the quality of my results.My wife is so impressed with my outcome that she is already planning to have her own mommy makeover with Dr. Magge. I cannot recommend him highly enough. This surgery gave me back my confidence, comfort, and joy, and I only wish I had done it 20 years sooner.
