I had some steroid injections in my breast implant scars and now there are indentions on one side, spider veins, and hyperpigmentation. Its been about 3 months since the injections and my augmentation was January 3rd. I've read that it's from the steroid injections. Is there anything that can be done for this? I am feeling really discouraged.

Thank you for your question. If the higher side is firm or at one time sat in a lower position then I would be concerned for capsular contracture based on the photo. If both are soft and the higher side has always been higher, then I think at this point the lower pocket needs to be released to...

every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. Some surgeons don't require their patients US prior to surgery. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.
