Hi. I’m getting surgery tomorrow and I’m torn on what size would I notice the difference of I went with 275cc or 300cc Also I know you’re swollen after, when they “ drop” do they appear bigger and fuller?
Answer: Size Both are similar in size, but the 300 is slightly fuller. If in doubt, go with the bigger implant. Good luck with your procedure.

Answer: Difference between 275 cc and 300 cc breast implants The difference between 275 cc and 300 cc implant size is very minor. Any difference of 20 cc or less is negligible to the human eye, meaning that you cannot see a difference in size. A difference of 25 cc is very small and barely noticeable. There will be swelling immediately after the surgery and your breasts will appear larger than the final result. As the swelling decreases, the breasts will eventually match the size of the implant you chose. When the breasts "drop" over time, they will appear more natural due to the muscles relaxing and your body adjusting to your new breast shape.

Answer: Implant size Dear scappiello2, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Try on sizers There is not much of a difference between 275cc and 300cc. However, you can see this yourself by trying on sizers at your surgeon’s office. These are implants that you put into your bra. You can try on 275 and 300 and decide which you prefer. Right after your surgery, your implants may be flattened out a bit but with tissue expansion and gravity, the implants will “drop” and that’s when your breasts will take on a more natural shape.

Answer: Implant sizing There will not be a very noticeable difference between the 275cc implant and the 300cc implant. Your surgeon can help by selecting the one that fits best with your anatomy and most matches your surgical goals. Recovery will take several months so it is important to be patient. Much of the swelling will be resolved by six weeks and the implants settle typically by three months, though it may take more or less time depending on the patient. The implant does not typically appear bigger when they settle into the pocket. I've included a video of a patient 6 weeks after surgery that I hope you find helpful.
