I had my breast augmentation a year ago and I’m still so very happy with my results. I’m so glad I picked Dr. Vande Ven to be my surgeon. She’s wonderful. Everyone at Beautologie was so friendly and helpless.
Dr,Vance Van is the Best!! I had wanted a breast argumentation for years and I finally did it and after researching I found the best DR.. She was amazing right from the beginning and so kind. I had wanted to originally go bigger but for my first surgery and how small my chest was a small B cup she explained the problems I would have and advised against it because of issues I would end up having. She did my surgery and they came out absolutely beautiful I was able to go up to 560 straight high profile and she used sizers in surgery to make sure that it was best for me. I had minimal pain and healed amazing and after only 3 months post op they look natural they have dropped and are fluffing perfectly and my friends can't believe how nice they look. She advised if I wanted to go bigger to wait and let my skin and pockets stretch for 6 months to a year and then I could go bigger because she new that's what I was really wanting and that's exactly what I'm going to do. I wouldn't let anyone touch me but her because she cares about her work and will not ruin someone just for money.going to big your first time can end up causing many surgeries to fix later and she wouldn't do it because she loves what she does and generally cares. If you're thinking of getting yours done go with her she will make your breasts beautiful and natural.
My experience with Beautologie was amazing since the first time I was there until my last recent appointment from the staff to my doctor to my amazing nurse Rebecca any questions or concerns I had they were quick to call me back and answer all my questions I would definitely recommend anyone that is planning to do a breast procedure to book with Beautologie!

2 years post op and 100% satisfied . My scars healed beautifully and are barely noticeable. Post op was a breeze. Will always recommend Dr Vande Ven to anyone that is looking into getting a breast augmentation done
I got chin lipo a little over a year ago - a pre-wedding gift to myself and Dr. Vande was AMAZING! She made me feel safe and her confidence made me secure through the entire process. She knew exactly what I was trying to request and delivered such natural results to me that didn’t entirely change my appearance but helped with my insecure area. I’ve healed wonderfully and going with Dr. Vande Ven was the best decision I have made.
I am so in love with my results! Dr. Vande Ven was so kind and knowledgeable. She even put up with my nervousness. She does amazing work! 100% what I wanted. I cannot wait for summer to wear a bathing suit
Bakersfield is lucky to have Dr Vande Ven! Her bedside manner is phenomenal- always patient and willing to listen to all of my concerns. She has a gentle and calming nature, which is very helpful when choosing to undergo any sort of surgery, but especially an elective surgery. She has a beautiful eye and craft at what she does. I’m very thankful for my results so far and her ever kind nature to guide me through the healing process.
I got a TT With MR and Liposuction of Flanks and Arms with Dr Vande Ven. I’m still healing but I’m loving my results thus far. Can’t wait for the full results in a couple of months. Dr Vande Van explains everything in detail and takes into consideration your concerns and makes you feel at ease.
Hello, thank you for your question. It has recently be found that a capsulectomy does not improve outcomes with implant removal if the patient is not having any problems with the capsule. This being said it depends on your situation. In general I tell my patients if the capsule is thin and healthy it will not be removed because it can cause scarring and distortion of the breast (especially if you do not have a lot of breast tissue). If the capsule is thickened or any other abnormality present I will remove it. Hope this helps!
Hello! Thank you for your question. I have many patients in a similar position. They have some ptosis (sagging) of the breast but it is minimal and they do not want the scarring of a lift. I usually do some measurements in the office and I show them where their nipple sits in regards to the IMF. You can do this at home. Place a pencil at the lower portion of the breast and see where the nipple sits in comparison. If the nipple sits far below the pencil you may need a lift. If there is just minimal sagging you may be able to do just an augmentation. If you decide to just do an augmentation you have to understand the implants will sit lower on the chest and you are at risk for waterfall deformity. I would see a plastic surgeon in the office, they can do measurements and go over the pros and cons of a lift. Good luck!
Hello! Thank you for the question. I agree with the surgeon you saw, you would benefit from a full tummy tuck. With this procedure the skin laxity of the upper and lower abdomen will be improved in appearance. The length of the scar usually depends on how much tissue needs to be removed and how much fullness the patient has on the flank areas. You do not have much fullness so the scar may not have to be that long. You should discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon. Overall I think you would have a nice result with a standard tummy tuck.
After breast implant removal surgery, wearing a supportive bra is important for comfort and to aid in the healing process. Here are some considerations for choosing post-surgery bras after breast implant removal: 1. Comfort: Look for bras made from soft, breathable fabrics that won't irritate your incision sites. Seamless bras or those with minimal seams can help prevent rubbing and discomfort. 2. Support: Choose bras with good support to help minimize swelling and promote healing. Bras with wide, adjustable straps and a supportive underband can provide the necessary support without putting pressure on the incisions. 3. Compression: Some surgeons recommend wearing compression bras or garments after breast implant removal surgery to help reduce swelling and promote tissue healing. These bras provide gentle compression to the chest area and can help improve comfort during the recovery process. 4. Front Closure: Bras with front closure may be easier to put on and take off, especially in the immediate post-operative period when mobility may be limited. 5. Size: Your breast size and shape may change after breast implant removal, so it's essential to choose bras that fit well and provide adequate coverage and support. Avoid bras with underwire during the initial recovery period, as they may cause discomfort or interfere with healing. 6. Consultation with Surgeon: Always follow your plastic surgeon's post-operative instructions regarding bra wear and any other aspects of your recovery. They can provide specific recommendations based on your individual situation and surgical technique. Ultimately, the best post-surgery bra after breast implant removal will depend on your personal preferences, comfort level, and the guidance of your plastic surgeon. Be sure to choose bras that offer the support and comfort you need during the recovery process.
After breast reduction surgery, the breasts may initially appear firmer and lifted due to the reduction of excess tissue and skin. However, over time, gravity, aging, and other factors can still lead to some degree of sagging. The extent to which this occurs varies among individuals and depends on factors such as skin elasticity, breast tissue composition, weight fluctuations, and overall health. To minimize the risk of significant sagging after breast reduction surgery, it's essential to follow your plastic surgeon's post-operative instructions carefully, maintain a stable weight, wear supportive bras, and avoid activities that may put strain on the breasts during the initial healing period. Additionally, staying healthy and practicing good lifestyle habits can help maintain the results of the surgery for as long as possible. If you have concerns about potential breast sagging after surgery, it's best to discuss them thoroughly with your plastic surgeon during your consultation and pre-operative appointments. They can provide guidance based on your unique circumstances.
