Hi, Every woman experience some grade of breast asymmetry. In some cases this asymmetry is very obvious, reason why they reach plastic surgeons for a consultation. This is a very common surgery performed worldwide, in my patients if the asymmetry is marked I opt to use different sizes of breast implants in order to have the most symmetrical and aesthetic result. .Best regards,Dr. Enrique Quiros
Dear Farzanasabrin, the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
The cost will depend in what do you need to do, if you need more work besides the implants, like if you have tuberose breast, you can have different sizes of implants.
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. I appreciate your concerns and breast augmentation with liposuction in the New York City area costs between $8000-$12,000 depending on the exact needs of the individual. This includes cost of the implants. Come see me or another board-certified plastic surgeon in our area to explore the best options for you. Good luck.

Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.
Prices will vary depending upon what type of implant you choose, if a lift is needed for one or both breasts, and your location. I would suggest meeting with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area and discussing all your concerns.
Doing a breast augmentation in asymmetrical breasts you need to assess if it’s only a size disproportion or there’s also a tuberous breast in order to give you the best results. There’s different approaches in both cases as surgical options, also we have to consider the asymmetrical implants to have a symmetrical result. All cases are unique and you should have a virtual consultation first for any pricing.
Pricing will vary by surgeon as well as by region. Other factors that will impact the cost include type of implant selected, if a lift is needed or not, and the extent of liposuction to be performed. I encourage you to research board certified plastic surgeons near you. Review credentials and before/after photos. Schedule consultations with a few who meet your criteria.
You can to consult with us for accurate pricing and personalized recommendations for your situation. We can provide you with a detailed cost estimate during a consultation.
The difference between 275 cc and 300 cc implant size is very minor. Any difference of 20 cc or less is negligible to the human eye, meaning that you cannot see a difference in size. A difference of 25 cc is very small and barely noticeable. There will be swelling immediately after the...
The problem is not "rejection", but the increased risk of infection. You need to be over any rhinitis. Please contact your surgeon.
Hello, based on my clinical experience, I find my colleague's suggested method to be correct. The volume you're looking for is quite minimal and might not be effective. Trust the foresight and experience of doctors.
