I've done a lot of arm exercises for this area...even when I was thinner than I am still had this pocket of frustrating fat! What is the most effective way to get rid of this? I am also working with a budget.

Answer: Coolsculpting is an excellent treatment for armpit fat. Also, called "banana roll" or "bra fat", that stubborn area of fat in front of your armpits can effectively be treated with Coolsculpting. Make sure the office you go to has the smaller handpiece for this area as sometimes the regular handpieces are too large. Ideally, find an office that also offers dual sculpting (2 machines) and have both sides done at the same time. I had it done myself and I LOVE the results!

Answer: Kybella vs. CoolSculpting For Arm Pit Fat We've gotten great results using both CoolSculpting and Kybella for reduction of armpit fat. Both would likely be appropriate for you. Each treatment has its pros and cons. Multiple sessions are needed regardless of which treatment is chosen. Best to have an in-person consultation and evaluation with an experienced physician who offers both treatments to see which would be best for you. Best wishes.
