Congratulations on your weight loss! Judging by your photographs it appears you would benefit from a tummy tuck or a body lift depending on your goals.  A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is the best choice for patients who are concerned with the excess skin and fat around the abdomen.  A body lift procedure consists of removing excess skin from the abdominal region, lower back area, buttocks, and thighs. Good question! Judging by the photographs you appear to present signs of bottoming out.   When an implant loses its internal support or when your skin is not able to hold the implant properly in place , it can begin to sink towards the lower part of the breast area. Thank you for your question.  Seeing that you presented with a certain width between your breasts pre-operatively, this space, or gap will still remain following surgery.  Since this is the natural anatomy of your chest there is no way to create more cleavage or bring your breasts even closer together.  Your breasts will continue to soften and settle within their pocket in the next several weeks.
