Hello, thank you for your question. You should be a good candidate for liposuction and BBL. Fat can be taken from many different areas (abdomen, sides, back, bra rolls, thighs, arms, etc) depending upon the areas of excess and what your goals may be. Most patients get an immense benefit with maximal liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. The goal is to transfer fat from areas where you find it displeasing to areas in which you would like more volume. I recommend to set an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for proper evaluation.

Based on these photos, you do have a square buttock shape and long buttock creases. It seems that you might've had some liposuction (?) to the saddlebag areas which made the thigh /buttock junction more masculine. To create a beautiful feminine buttock shape, one must know the beautiful normal before it can be created.If you were my patient, for best results you would need VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees of your torso, an abdominoplasty and fat grafts to the buttocks for shaping and enhancement and fat grafts to the lateral gluteal crease posterior thigh junction.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on these photos, you would benefit from Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which typically includes a 360 liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, thighs, arms, etc and fat grafting for gluteal augmentation. Hi, thank you for your question. You must be a good candidate for liposuction and BBL. A BBL can achieve a greater volume where you need projection and create a larger gluteal appearance. If applicable, adding a volume on the hip or on the side of the buttocks will round the shape to some extent. Its symmetry is mainly skeletal based on the shape of its pelvis and bone structure. That transfer will not change the position of your fold. It is probably a mistake to try to change the position of the fold. Its degree of asymmetry is quite mild and you should remember that the human body is not symmetrical. The objective is to transfer the fat from the areas where it is unpleasant to the areas where you want to obtain more volume.

Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. In your case adding a volume in the hip dip or side of your buttocks will round out the shape to some degree. This is a skin bulge that forms in an upright standing position. If you lean forward even slightly it will most likely go away. It is not based on excess fat butt skin being pushed up into your lower buttocks From the back of your thigh in a standing position. Just like we get a roll on the lower abdomen when we sit.Inner thigh Liposuction tends to also not do well because of skin laxity issues. Patients with very tight skin do well with Liposuction in this area. There’s nothing wrong with doing inner thigh Liposuction but keep expectations low and be highly selective of who you allow to do this. Experienced providers should let you know the limitations of Liposuction in these areas. Inexperienced providers will have far more enthusiasm.A BBL with emphasis on the lateral aspect is probably a good option.Try to accept asymmetry as being normal. It is almost always based on skeletal structure so an attempt to correct this with soft tissue manipulation well by definition a great and new asymmetry one of the uneven fat thickness which tends to not look natural or appropriate.
