I must say dr belen is the best he is awesome he makes you feel very comfortable he gives his opinion and to him it not about money but what’s best for you and your health… his staff great or beyond great.. he did what I ask and I came out of surgery great he checked in on me the next day to make sure I was doing well … even he was busy the day I was to b discharge ,he make sure he spoke to me over the phone with any questions also provide his contact information… his staff make sure I was ok to leave the country… since I get back I reached out to dr belen with questions and he replied I would recommend him as the best in Dominican Republic

Dr. Belen is a wonderful doctor. Whatever reviews I read about him being money hungry and dismissive to his patients are completely false based on my experience. I had a TT, lipo, and BBL with Belen on Dec 8, 2020. I am 8 weeks post-op and doing well. He did a fabulous job, I am a weight loss patient with extra skin at the time of surgery 5’7 230 pounds and I look perfect thanks to Belen. I will be returning for an arm and thigh lift in the near future. Best Doctor ever. 

I did my surgery with Dr Belen on the 10/30/19 the experience was awesome, his bed side manners over the top he make you feel like you know him for years. My surgery was the first surgery on the 10-30 I was so nervous but he took all my fears away by reassuring that I will be ok, I went in surgery at 6:30 I woke up in recovery at 12pm I won't say I had no pain only a lot of discomfort and that was expected. The clinic was so clean and the nurse were very helpful I spent 24 hours in the clinic. I started to see my results in like 5 days and it was amazing now I can't stop looking in the mirror. Thanks Dr Belen see you next year fi round 2.

If I could give 10 stars. I would! Dr Belen is an artist! He listens to you and it shows! I had surgery April 11, 2019 and I saw immediate results when I woke up. Dr Belen's assistants were very caring and attentive. They accompanied me to the lab and admissions office to ensure I was taken care of. Dr Belen's massage therapist Olga has magic fingers! She is gentle, yet firm and molds your body to perfection! I have keloid skin and Dr Belen's incisions (how healed) are all flat because of how he sewed them up. I had no complications at all and thanks to Dr Belen, my surgery experience in Dominican Republic was amazing! People complimented me at CIPLA (surgery center) everytime I visited for a follow up and this was during my 2 weeks post op! My before (ignore the scribbling) and after photos are attached. My 2 after pictures were the morning after surgery and 3 weeks post op so I am definitely still swollen. I had lipo and fat transfer to my hips with reconstruction of my buttocks. Words cannot express how thankful I am that I chose Dr Belen to be my surgeon!

Its been 17 months and I'm still extremely happy with my results. I dont diet and I dont workout but I just started to walk 2 miles 5 days/week, not consistently. I wish Dr Belen was here in the US because I have alot of friends who would love to use him but are afraid to have surgery in DR. My experience was awesome. Here are updated pics! Dr. Belen rocks!!!

My experience with Doctor Manuel Belen and his staff from the beginning has been amazing. I’m currently on day 4 post op slowly recovering. He truly cares about his patients and his bedside manners are top notched. I truly recommend my doctor!

If you want a "natural look" he's the doctor to see. He curved my body and I'm so excited with my results! Can't wait to return in September for my rhinoplasty, I'm not scared or worried at all. He has earned my trust

My journey started in June 2018 and I was recommended another Doctor but as I did more research I ran across Doctor Belen’s Profile and liked his work. I contacted them both via WhatsApp and was really impressed by Doctor Belen’s professionalism and the decision was made. I sent my deposit and secured a date. I arrived in Santo Domingo on October 15th and Surgery was on the 19th. Dr. Belen was very nice in person and he went over the entire process. His Staff was very polite and very informative. They made me feel very welcomed. My Surgery went great and Dr. Belen had awesome bedside manners. He spoke in great detail about my Surgery and shared some photos from it as well. My Overnight Nurse was so sweet and very attentive. The Hospital Staff was there like clockwork. All 13 massages went as scheduled and Olga was exceptional even with limited English, her hands are magical. I stayed in the D.R. for 21 days to give my body additional time to heal since I’m 47 and not 27. I love my results and he did exactly what I asked him to do and used his expertise where it was needed. Dr. Belen is one of a kind and I highly recommend him any day! His work is amazing and I love it. I can’t wait to wear my Bikini next Summer!

Sooooooo haooy with dr Manuel Belen (Manuelbelencp on insta) he lifted my breast (large) without giving me a scar underneath just through the areola. He gave me beautiful curves. I’m so happy with his work.

Dr.Belen is very professional and easy to talk to. I had my surgery BBL and tummy tuck post op 7 weeks......I look amazing my recovery was great and my wound is healed. I saw Dr.Belen through my entire recovery. He is my doctor for life and I would recommend him to anyone and his friendly staff
