Post-Pregnancy Procedures
Mommy makeovers are a set of personalized procedures performed in one session. During a complimentary consultation, I’ll work with you to create a plan that addresses concerns like stretch marks, sagging breasts, and pregnancy weight gain to achieve natural-looking results.
Breast Surgery
Many of my patients choose breast augmentation to make their bodies more symmetrical, tighten skin after weight loss, or restore volume after pregnancy and nursing. I also specialize in breast lift and breast reduction procedures.
Abdominoplasty
A fully tummy tuck involves removing excess fat and loose skin, while tightening abdominal muscles. At our Fredericksburg, Virginia practice, I make incisions so low they can be hidden under the bikini line. I also expertly “re-create” the belly button to ensure it is a true 'innie' with no scar visible on the outer skin.

Dr. Aflaki received his medical degree from Tehran University Of Medical Sciences in Iran. After moving to the U.S., he went on to complete a full general surgery residency at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital (now Mount Sinai West) in New York City and his specialty training at the renowned Johns Hopkins Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery program in Baltimore, Maryland.
