Will 360 Lipo/BBL give me the result I want? (Photo)

Thank you for your question! Based on your photos, in order to get the flattest stomach possible, I would recommend a tummy tuck, with 360 liposuction, fat transfer to buttocks. This procedure will repair the muscle separation to the abdomen, while removing the excess skin and fat. However, if you do not want the scar from the tummy tuck, I would recommend 360 liposuction with body tite to the abdomen. The body tite helps the skin retract more than liposuction alone. You should be a good candidate for 360 degree liposuction and BBL. Fat can be taken from many different areas (abdomen, sides, back, bra rolls, thighs, arms, etc) depending upon the areas of excess and what your goals may be. Most patients get an immense benefit with maximal liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. The goal is to transfer fat from areas where you find it displeasing to areas in which you would like more volume. I recommend that you arrange an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for proper evaluation.

Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Based on these photos, you would be an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which typically includes a 360 liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, etc and fat grafting for gluteal augmentation. You certainly have enough fat.  Liposuction of the flanks will narrow down the waist for an hourglass appearance and adding volume to buttocks in combination with liposuction of the lower back is intended at creating a natural curvy look. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

Regarding the stomach The laxity of your skin is minimal and your fat distribution is significant in regards to hiding your best figure so also see her a good candidate for a 360 lipo. Yes, you appear to have enough fat for a BBL. As far as your stomach, it is best to get an in person exam. If you have had babies, you may also have muscle separation and not just loose skin. Muscle separation leaves you abdomen protuberant and this will not be fixed with liposuction alone. Also, your skin will be even more loose after the excess fat is removed. Loose skin can lay down uneven as you heal, leaving "rolls" especially when sitting that patients always think is leftover fat. Just make sure you are fully educated when deciding which surgery or surgeries are for you. 

360 high definition VASER liposuction of the back, flanks, upper/lower back would help enhance the fit figure you are working towards. There would be plenty of fat to transfer for a BBL. BBL would bring more projection to your buttock, as well as add volume and shape. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing.
