From the submitted photos you may have some improvement of the chest with liposuction.  For the abdomen it appears the contour is influenced by visceral/internal fat.  This is fat behind the muscle wall and cannot be addressed with liposuction or a tummy tuck.  Weight loss should improve the overall contour.

You are obese and you need to modify your diet and consider instituting a serious exercise regiment.
Liposuction is not going to give you good results and until you’ve gotten control over your eating habits you will continue gaining weight even if you have fat removed surgically.
