You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

But you can get good results with Lipo to extract fat deposits and J-Plasma to get the best results. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for a complete exam. Good luck!

Doubtful, based upon the posted photos in my over the Real Self internet opinion is full TT with muscle plication + lipo of waist and flanks is better option. In my opinion the lipo 360 could help with volume but the skin will hag or wrinkle even with the J Plasma technology (it can NOT correct that much excess skin if any correction from this technology can be attained!). In order to deliver a significant impact it is important that procedures treat the primary underlying problem.

In regards to the abdomen there are four variables that determine the shape and contour.

These are skin laxity, excess subcutaneous fat, muscle separation from previous pregnancies called diastases recti and lastly excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat.

And your case you probably have all four of these but muscle separation and skin laxity are the primary two variables that are causing your abdomen to not look the way it did before your first pregnancy.

Pregnancies do not change that distribution Liposuction is typically not the ideal treatment for pregnancy related changes.

My first hand experience with J plasma was that it didn’t deliver any significant skin tightening at all.

I used a device for a year then sold it because I could not in good faith recommend it to anyone.

If you want a tight flat abdomen you need a full tummy tuck.

The ideal candidate for Liposuction is generally young pudgy women who have not had children.

It’s a free world and each person can choose what they want but do not expect a liposuction to treat muscle separation and skin laxity.

You’re not the first to try to avoid having a more invasive procedure. I understand clearly why someone would not want to have a full tummy tuck. I wouldn’t want to have one either.

Well done liposuction will help to some degree but because your problem isn’t really fat distribution Liposuction will have more of an impact on your waist and hips and backside then on the front of your abdomen and I believe the front is most likely what you’re most concerned about.

The reason for this is the front of your abdomen has pregnancy related changes and those are specifically treated with a full tummy tuck.

I recommend multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have ample experience.
