I had Coolsculpting done on my thighs and it left a long flat area along the inside of both legs. My thighs look terrible now. What can be done? Can I have fat grafting to give my legs some normal roundness again? Any ideas welcome.

Answer: Those few times when cool sculpting actually works Every once in a while cool sculpting actually works and when it does it typically leaves what looks like a cell phone in print. The reason this doesn’t happen very often is because cool sculpting has such little impact that the imprint from the device is not created. in some ways you could say you were one of the lucky ones where cool sculpting actually delivered or unlucky because it now created a problem we didn’t have before. This should not be that difficult to correct by evening out the fat distribution with Liposuction surrounding the imprint. I’ve done a few of these before that turned out fine. You should definitely go back to the provider who did the procedure and let them know that you’re not happy with the outcome and hopefully try to get your money back saying that you now need to have surgery to correct the problem they created. If I could get a nickel for every patient left dissatisfied from coolsculpting I could have retired a long time ago. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
