Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
The most powerful change would come from targeted fat removal from the lower face and neck. The areas to be addressed would be the double chin and the excess fullness along the lower aspect of the jaw and underneath the jaw. This procedure is performed in our office under local anesthesia and sedation by mouth. It take about 1 hour to complete. A garment is worn for 2 days straight then at night time and at home for the next week. You return to full unrestricted exercise in 2 weeks. Let's start with a virtual consultation.
For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
You are a candidate for a genioplasty. Your chin is considered short (it falls behind your lips in a profile view). By moving your chin forward and down, we would bring balance to your profile, while elongating your jawline and adding more definition. You may bee candidate for jawline lipo and buccal fat as well. Buccal fat would reduce some of the fullness in your lower cheeks and jawline lipo would further define your jawline. Our office offers in-person or virtual consultations if you would like to discuss options further!
Dear anonymous0111, Thank you for your question! Based on your photo, it appears that you may benefit from chin liposuction with jawline contouring. This procedure can be performed in the office under local anesthesia with you awake, or some patients prefer to be asleep. Recovery is quick in a matter of days, but swelling can take longer to resolve. Once recovered you may be interested in filler if you desire a stronger jaw, but this may not be necessary with the jawline contouring from the liposuction. I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon who performs many chin liposuction cases for a consult.
There are 3 procedures I really like to enhance the definition of the lower 1/3rd of the face, submental liposuction, a small chin implant, (optional ) buccal fat removal, I call it the lower face "Trifecta". These procedures create more definition to the lower 1/3rd of the face for patients with a round or oval appearance.
There are a few procedures that you can consider to address your jawline concerns. FaceTite can be used to contour the lower jaw and neckline. This is a minimally invasive procedure. Morpheus8 can be added to enhance your results and address skin tone and texture. You can also consider fillers to enhance the jawline. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation to learn more.
The side profile photograph demonstrates a recessive chin profile, so consider placement of a chin implant which can be done with local anesthesia. The procedure takes about a half an hour in our outpatient surgery Center. If you're looking to remove the fat deposits in your neck, liposuction can accomplish removal of the fat deposits above the muscle, however a necklift maybe required to remove fat deposits below the platysma muscle which also includes a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline. No skin removal is required
Nice 2 posted photos. The use of "best" vs "afforable" can not be combined! If you want least expensive method the injection of 2 syringes of HA VOLLUX to chin with KyBella sessions to melt under chin fat. Expect fees to total $10,000. Or best option is chin implant with sub mental liposuction, fee $12,000 with IV sedation anesthesia. Best to virtual consult with.....
To make a quality assessment, we need quality pictures. Take a look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures to get an idea. We need pictures without facial expression that are taken at right angles giving a true profile and frontal picture. The issues regarding your mandible are all based on bone structure. They’re not simplistic easy in expensive solutions that will give quality outcomes.Simply making quality assessment in this area is difficult and is often going to be wildly different depending on who you ask.I suggest having consultations with both oral surgeons in plastic surgeons in your community.Soft tissue solutions for issues related to facial bone structure tend to be partial improvements at best.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD

For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
