I think you would be a good candidate for a brow lift and upper blepharoplasty combo. This would make you look younger and more refreshed. Your lower eyelids look pretty good to me in that you don't have real large bags, maybe consider lower eyelid CO2 laser to tighten the skin and smooth the wrinkles.

You may need a touch up blepharoplasty, I would schedule a follow up with your surgeon. We usually see our patients back at 8 weeks and if they need a minor touch up it's for a minimal fee. It's always easy to take a little more off. Adding back is the hard part.

I would consider a brow lift and upper blepharoplasty. These procedures combined will make you look less tired and your eyes more youthful.

The first thing I recommend is nightly lateral rolling massage with a q tip and skin medica scar gel, I have my patients do this for a year after surgery and it really flattens the scar nicely. The second option is a CO2 laser where we pass over the scar, this will likely flatten the scar and tighten the skin, but could be red for months (can cover with make up).

There are 3 procedures I recommend to patients to create a more defined lower 1/3rd of the face. The first is submental liposuction, this would turn out nicely for you. The second is buccal fat removal, it is a mild reduction of fullness lateral to the commissure of the mouth. The third procedure is a small chin implant to improve the neck/chin angle at profile view, it's a subtle improvement that improves the projection of the lower face.
