After doing some research, I’ve seen malar fat augmentation/lift as an option which I assume I’m too young for: I’m only 27 but I’ve always looked older than I am and have aged pretty fast due to genetics. I’ve also seen that Juvederm Voluma injected into the upper cheeks is a good way to lift the malar/nasolabial folds up and give me back my youthful look. But are my malar fat pads too fatty for this? Any advice would be greatfully appreciated - thank you!
