I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. This treatment combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. Three Morpheus sessions spaced one month apart are typically recommended for optimal results.

A cheek filler injection could be appropriate to replace lost volume and lift some of the overhanging skin at the nasolabial fold level. Dermal filling is BOTH art and science. The most important aspect of dermal filling is the injector. In your case- medial cheek filler will address BOTH the NL lines and fat pads. Cannula technique. Go lateral to support the eye- Voluma, then Volift. For subtle trough correction 0.2 ml Volbella or Bolletero Balance (I prefer Balance).
