I am soon getting jaw fillers and was wondering where the Voluma will be placed for a more masculine jawline? What if the doctor hits a jaw muscle? Are there any dangers? Does Voluma go the bone or is it more superficial? Thanks!

Extreme pressure is needed to have potential migration which is not the case here. If you experience any adverse reaction in the future, consult a doctor to have it checked completely.
I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation. You can consider alternatives to HA fillers such as Sculptra which can give longer lasting results. I've included a video about how it works that I hope you find helpful.
Thank you for your question. Voluma is hyaluronic acid and will break down over time by your body. The product is designed to last up to 2 years. Vitrase and Hylenex will break the product down quicker if desired. Best of luck!
