Significant weight loss left me with upper arms that I found embarrassing to the point of refusing to wear even short sleeves. As a patient that is older and with some additional medical risks, I was intrigued that Dr. Casas performed the surgery without requiring a general anesthetic. After reviewing her pre- and post-op photos, I decided to have her perform a brachioplasty. It was one of the best decisions of my life! From my initial consultation to the extensive post-operative care, she and her staff exceeded my expectations and went beyond the usual standard of care. Dr. Casas spent over an hour with me during our initial consultation. She is a natural educator and thoroughly explained the procedure, her pre-surgery regimen, and post-surgery requirements. My surgery was done under a local anesthetic, with sedation, and I slept through the entire procedure. The follow-up care is rigorous, with appointments two to three times per week to ensure proper healing, and minimize scarring. Her staff is knowledgeable and professional, and most importantly, friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Casas and her practice for anyone considering making this type of investment in yourself. I love my results and will absolutely be wearing sleeveless tops next summer!

I came to Dr Casas after I had a surgery to repair my upper lip (half of my lip was bitten off in a dog attack). The surgeon I saw was in another state and although the surgery went well .. recovery was brutal. One of the complications was severe contracture. Dr Casas was able to assess and provide relief ON THE SAME DAY I saw her!!! She taught me a technique to soften and massage the contracture. Several months later - the contracture is completely resolved. She - and her staff - are truly the kindest people you could imagine. She is knowledgeable and professional and does not rush you in any way. I would trust her to do any procedure. This is a doctor you can have complete confidence in because she delivers AND she cares.

Dr. Casas and her staff are very caring and thorough. Everyone in the office gets to know the patients and they have wonderful follow through and follow up. Jenina makes the experience more comfortable with facial massaging techniques as you need them, Jenny makes sure you can get in at convenient times and Dr Casa is very experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

For years my turkey neck made me feel embarrassed, self-conscious, and severely affected my self esteem. Dr. Casas thoroughly explained the procedure, and answered all my questions and concerns. The surgery went well and her post op care was amazing. She called me on the weekend to ensure I was doing well and closely followed up with me leading the weeks after the procedure. I continue to go to her for all my facial injections for the past 20 years, and she never hesitates to tell you as it is, quenches any unrealistic expectations, and her treatments always result in a natural look that no one can guess I get injections/fillers. I fully trust her with her recommendations. There are many many plastic surgeons, but many are out to get your money. She is not like that. She is a rarity and I’m so fortunate to have her as my doctor.

She was always available to answer questions and provided outstanding support throughout my recovery. Even when I was out of the country, Dr. Casas went above and beyond by FaceTiming me to address any concerns I had, ensuring I was healing properly. Her dedication to her patients and her willingness to be accessible whenever needed truly set her apart. Thanks to her expertise and attentive care, my healing process was remarkably smooth and efficient. If you’re looking for a skilled, empathetic surgeon, Dr. Casas is undoubtedly the best choice.

I have had an outstanding experience with Dr. Casas. She has followed up with me on a yearly basis every year after my surgery- which was 23 years ago. I don’t know of another surgeon who offers that level of care. Last year I needed to have a breast biopsy and consulted with Dr. Casas. She was extremely helpful and reassuring. I found out that Dr. Casas had even trained my surgeon, who has the highest regard for her as well.

I’ve always been insecure about my inverted nipples. I spent 30 years not knowing that they could be corrected. I did some research and found that Dr. Casas provided a procedure to correct them. I was nervous, but Dr. Casas and her staff were incredible. They make you feel comfortable and are easy to communicate with and schedule. Dr. Casas did a beautiful job with surgery and I am now a year out from having them corrected. I cannot recommend Dr. Casas enough. I plan to go back to her should I decide to have any other cosmetic work done. This is how all doctors offices should be. Friendly, easy to get a hold of, flexible scheduling, great communication, comfortable setting, and a real sense of care. 10/10 will use again!

I came to Dr. Casas because I read an article that said she was THE best rhinoplasty surgeon in the Chicagoland area. I was not disappointed. Dr. Casas will make you feel 100% comfortable about any treatment you’re coming in for, she really cares about how you feel during the entire process. Dr. Casas is a master of her craft, going to her practice is one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Dr. Casas was incredible. I had the most stress-free procedure and incredible aftercare. I am completely satisfied with my results and can only thank Dr. Casas and her amazing staff. I could not recommend her enough!
