Laurie A. Casas, MD, FACS

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Casas and could not recommend her more. From my very first consultation, she was incredibly personable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She helped me choose the perfect implant size for my body - 230 cc, moderate profile - which gave me a natural, proportional result that I absolutely love. What truly sets Dr. Casas apart is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She provides lymphatic massages

In my search for the most experienced Aveli surgeon, I arrived in the expert hands of Dr. Casas. Her approach to patient care began with collaborative dialogue on my goals and lifestyle. She was thorough in her explanation of Aveli and shared reasonable timelines & expectations. Throughout the process, she prioritized her emphasis on patient education, preparation and extensive post care support for all procedures. Following her detailed guidance before, during, and after,

I’ve had Sofwave done on my brow area and under my eyes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. The procedure itself was relatively painless there were a couple of “spicy” spots, but overall it was very tolerable. I would rate the pain at about a 3 out of 10. If I could give Dr. Casas and her staff more than 5 stars, I would. While this review is for breast implants, I’ve also been a patient for 15+ years for a reason and have had other treatments including laser, fillers, etc. In all situations, Dr. Casas has provided expertise and guidance beyond what I could imagine. There is never a rush to come to a decision on a procedure and she thoroughly explains all options and outcomes. In my most recent situation, she noticed that one implant

Dr. Casas has been my plastic surgeon for over 17 years — she performed my original breast augmentation and most recently, my implant exchange. She is a true perfectionist and unlike most surgeons who simply perform the surgery and send you on your way, Dr. Casas is involved in every detail from start to finish. Working with her takes commitment. She expects her patients to participate fully in the process — following specific nutrition guidelines before and after surgery, taking

Significant weight loss left me with upper arms that I found embarrassing to the point of refusing to wear even short sleeves. As a patient that is older and with some additional medical risks, I was intrigued that Dr. Casas performed the surgery without requiring a general anesthetic. After reviewing her pre- and post-op photos, I decided to have her perform a brachioplasty. It was one of the best decisions of my life! From my initial consultation to the extensive post-operative
