I had voluma injected on my chin 3.5 years back. It didnt look good then. But I didnt dissolve it thinking it would go away in 1 year. But it has been 3.5 years and it is still there. In my body any hyaluronic filler (restylane/juvederm) stays a long long time. Is it possible to remove this odd looking voluma? Or is it a better idea to balance it out but filling rest of the indentations?
At 38 I have significant lower face sagging. I use to have a very full round face while growing up. With the past 6 months my face has seem to dramatically and quickly started to sag. I think it's mostly fat that has slid down. Would Voluma in my cheeks help lift this area at all? Is surgery my only option at this point?
Does Voluma lift I'm in my early 40s and have some minor marionette lines, when I lift my cheek they disappear. Will voluma lift my face? My doctor suggested it, but I don't know. I did it years ago and didn't notice the lifting. What would fix help this situation?
I've been advised to have Voluma filler into my cheek apples to decrease the appearance of my under eye darkness, because I'm told the slight puffiness in that under eye area could actually worsen if tear trough filler is used. Does cheek filler actually improve under eye appearance, and if so, does it also help to lift the lower face (I have some lower face sagging). Im 53, 130lbs, fair skinned.
A dermatologist had a holiday sale for 2 syringes of voluma for the price of one . When he was getting ready to inject me I noticed he already had the filler in a syringe sitting on a side table . How do I know he used 2 syringes total that I paid for ?
6 months ago I had 1 ml Juvederm Voluma as cheek filler but the doctor placed it other then the cheek (beetween ear and eye see picture). I hate the result. I feel like my face is pulled up and it feels streched. Two weeks ago I had a terrible week with bad sleeping and one day I woke up and saw that the corner of my mouth was torn down. I see a deep line there and also right under my eye there is a long wrinkle that was not there before. Can it be that my skin is ruined because it is streched?
I had lip fillers done yesterday (not my first time) and noticed I have some lumps and bumps and bruising outside of the normal swelling I usually have. Im not as concerned about the bruising as I am the lumps. I have two hard ones in my lower lip and many small ones along the upper lip border. Is this a normal reaction? Ive never experienced this side effect before.
2 days ago i went to a clinic where an RN injected 2 syringes of Juvederm Voluma into my chin. At first it was okey the only problem was i couldnt strech my mouth that much. But after 3 hours later, it starts bruising and more likely looks like hematoma. I can easyly see my capillaries with full of blood. And feel pressure on my chin. I tried ice and hurioid. Nothing gone better. Is that something i should be affraid of? Will it be normal again?
I have some volume loss in my face, due to weight loss, and age. My biggest concern is the lax skin around my mouth and jowls. I have developed 2 shadows/dimples/divets in my chin area. Maybe from the excess skin in that area? I have quite a bit of volume loss in the temples too, especally my left. Suggested fix is 2-3ml Voluma in cheeks and 2ml in temples. I'm told this is how to address my lower face concerns. Is this so? Is this enough? 43 yo, female, 5'7, 130lbs
