Hi there. There can be lumps after lip filler. This may have become more noticeable after some swelling went down. Your injector can give you guidance on how this should be managed - this may depend on what specific Juvederm product was used. In some cases, massage can be helpful. In any case, it's not unusual for it to take a week for two for things to settle down. Continue to follow up with your injector for now. He/she will know what the best course is for you moving forward.

You are not too young - I don’t consider age to be a factor. Review of your medical history and formal in person evaluation is necessary to confirm that are are a candidate, discuss expectations, and formalize a plan. Sorry to hear that have you not had the smoothest post operative course. It's hard to appreciate the fine details in single image, so ultimately, an in person examination is needed to help address your specific concerns. However, your canthoplasty was one week ago. It is too early to tell what kind of result you will have. Once you are a few months out from your most recent surgery, filler could be considered if you have a tear trough deformity. I would advise that you wait at least 6 months before considering any surgical revision. I would consider a conservative approach in a case like yours and first consider a Botox lip flip to the area of concern. Follow up in 1 week or so and add additional Botox as needed. Once that has taken effect, re evaluate to see if a small amount of volume with filler may be beneficial. Worst case scenario would be that you did not like the outcome from one or both of these procedures. Botox will wear off after 3 months. Filler can be reversed and will otherwise get broken down by your body over the course of 6-12 months depending on the product. Surgery is permanent and involves more risk so I would proceed with caution. Hope that helps. 

Hi there. I can't comment specifically on your case because the image is blurry and small. However, tear trough filler can be given medially (inner aspect near the nose). I use a cannula under the muscle with a filler that is thin so to speak to treat this part of the tear trough. With this delicate method great results can be achieved. To see if you are a candidate for tear trough filler and upper blepharoplasty, you would be best served by visiting an oculoplastic surgeon who is skilled in cosmetic procedures. Hope that helps. 

Hi there. With regard to the distance from nose to lip, a surgical lip lift would turn out your the upper lip. Given your concerns about your profile, I wouldn’t consider it at this time as it would make this worse. 

If you are concerned about the horizontal length of your lips - that’s a hard issue to truly address directly as well. However, what I would consider is Botox for masseter (jaw muscle). This makes the muscle smaller and slims the lower face. This would make your lips appear less small. I would also consider Botox lip flip to the lower lip only. This would help address your concerns about your profile. After two weeks, I would reassess and see if filler might help - may help with the profile and may help further address your concerns about having small lips.

Hi there. You need an in person evaluation. Based upon the photos presented, it's hard to tell if you have ptosis with some compensatory brow elevation. If that is the case, addressing the ptosis with surgery will help the brow settle. Thereafter, evaluation can be performed to see if adding filler to the subbrow area may help you achieve your desired look. If there is no ptosis, then I would consider filler to subbrow area as a first measure. I would address these two potential issues first and reassess before considering anything with regard to the lower lids.
