Slowly as I age I am developing under eye wrinkles and a roll when I smile. I feel like it is making me look older. What is the best way to help fix this?

Answer: Muscular hypertrophy under the eye It seems like from your description you may be describing some excess muscular tissue under your eyelid. It often can be easily treated with small amounts of botox in that area.

Answer: Under eye roll can be improved with a very small injection of Botox There are many causes of "bags" under the eyes, but the easiest to improve is the "jelly roll" or "sausage" that appears when you squint. The squinting motion contracts the muscle around the eye called the orbicularis muscle, which in some people can be quite large. A small amount (like 1 unit) of Botox will relax the muscle and improve the roll. If you are older with lower lid laxity, this procedure may not be the right treatment for you. Make sure you see a physician who has experience with these types of injections.

Answer: Just little neuromodulator and some possible chemical peel you have beautiful eyes and to make sure to keep them the same at this point you only need some minor non-invasive treatment. You should start doing some neuromodulator treatment of your crows feet and weaken the orbicularis muscle of your lower eyelids. then start using very low percentage of Retinoic acid cream every night over the lower eyelids, to help with resurfacing of the skin or you can have a chemical peel of your lower eyelids. All of these will help you to improve the lower eyelids.
