Dr. Trimas is so incredibly talented! I went to him for a revision septo-rhinoplasty. I had a botched primary rhinoplasty 15+yrs ago & had broken my nose multiple times since (due to an unrelated health condition). WoW! Just wow. Had Submental Plication in 2013 which failed. Dr Trimus said he'd clean up the old scar tissue and plicate from the laterals of the neck instead of the center.
