Dr. Kontis is amazing! I would not even consider another facial plastic surgeon because she is very thorough and is an expert in the field of facial plastic surgery as well as injectables. I am so happy with the facial surgery that she has done for me. I am nothing short of delighted at the results of my recent upper and lower blepharoplasty and brow lift, by Dr Kontis at the Aesthetics Center at Woodholme. Prior to surgery, I was rather anxious, partially about the brow lift procedure. The surgery and recuperation, however, were SO easy and painless! My prior concerns were for nothing! After only five weeks post surgery, I have no swelling or bruising and I look 10 years younger! Although I am a resident of Massachusetts, this short trip to Maryland was totally beneficial. Dr. Kontis is probably one of the best doctors I’ve encountered—full stop. When discussing my rhinoplasty, she was thoughtful in her response, clear about expectations and answered every question I had. She encouraged me to follow up with her if I thought of additional questions. I had a scar on my nose that she removed during my rhinoplasty and the stitching was so good—I didn’t have track marks. My rhinoplasty looks great even with significant swelling, and she addressed all my concerns while balancing my face. Everyone says she put a filter on face ( effectively taking my nose and making it slightly better but not different). I am very pleased with my experience! Dr. Kontis’ work is very natural and she has a way of honoring people’s facial features in a beautiful way.

Dr. Kontis' approach is one that appeals to me. I do not want to look any different. Just better. The mid-lower fact lift did just that. Tighten slack jawline, removed shadows. Neck looks taught and the vertical muscles are very much improved. I also had a lower blepharoplasty which allowed me to not use concealer. I didn't think that removing fat from under the eye would improve unevenness but it did. I felt totally safe in her operating room. The gals that work there are so reassuring and comforting. I've had 2 face lifts with Dr. K. Don't think I could go to anyone else.
