Dr. Wright is a wonderful surgeon. He's extremely talented and well qualified in his line of work. He has wonderful bedside manner. The office is very professional, they make you feel welcome and comfortable during your surgery. I had a rhinoplasty back in 2020 and he did excellent, 3 years later it is still better than I imagined. I had no pain, and such minimal bruising/swelling that I was back to work within the week. Overall he is a very well rounded person. He has even been more than willing to help me find a doctor for other body surgeries that I am looking into, years later. If you want incredible rhinoplasty results, a comfortable and quick experience, with a well qualified and friendly surgeon, choose Dr. Wright as your doctor.

I went to Dr. Wright for revision rhinoplasty and am extremely happy with the results. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. He does amazing work. His office staff is friendly and professional. They were accommodating with appointments and scheduling. I was very happy with my anesthesiologist as well. I would come back in an instant to his office if I had any other surgical needs in the future. I trust him wholeheartedly. Thank you again Dr. Wright. This has been life changing for me.

Dr. Harry V Wright is a bright shining light out of Sarasota, Florida. I was unhappy with my nose for years and felt shame around being unhappy with my nose. The minute I sat down with Dr. Wright and expressed how I felt to him, he listened and validated that the nose I had didn't feel like me. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. Dr. Wright is also an EMT and has an impressive portfolio and loves to work on noses! He is very thorough with questions, and the office staff are also wonderful. My favorite thing about my rhino/septo plasty is kissing and not feeling masculine anymore. Also breathing better and I know it worked because my dog used to ignore my right nostril completely but now wants to try to investigate it because air circulates through! Five stars for this top notch experience. PS I paid $10,000 for my rhino/septo plasty and worth every penny!

1 week post op rhinoplasty and I am LOVING the results already even with it being swollen. I can't imagine how it's going to look months to a year from now!! I've been researching for YEARS for the perfect surgeon, and the moment I had my first consult with Dr.Wright, I was 100% confident he would give me the exact nose I was looking for.

I needed a revision rhinoplasty so I was very nervous about having the surgery but Dr. Wright is a wonderful, professional, caring and great surgeon. The surgery went great and he fixed the breathing problems and many other issues left from a previous surgeon NOT Dr. Wright. The staff is also wonderful and welcoming.

You can see how bulbous my nose was before. Hope this helps, you can make an initial appointment with Dr. Wright and he will explain everything in create detail. I know how hard it is to try and trust a surgeon especially in my case since I had a bad experience with the first surgeon. I knew Dr. Wright was the surgeon I would have perform my revision. He actually cares and explains everything in create detail.

I've always felt my nose was too wide, nostrils too large, and had a dorsal bump. After years of debating with myself to go through with the procedure, I decided to pull the trigger. 

I chose Dr. Wright in Sarasota FL after much research. He has a great bedside manner and took plenty of time to answer all my questions. He had the aesthetic I was looking for when reviewing his photos. He was also double board-certified as an ENT and facial plastic surgery. I asked for hump removal with a slight curve, alar base reduction, and narrowing of the bridge and tip. 

The surgery went smoothly with little bruising, minimal swelling, and very little pain. Mostly I was just uncomfortable, felt pressure, and couldn't breathe through my nose for a week. It's now two weeks post-op, and I feel fine and love my results so far! Still some swelling, I'll post more photos in the next few months to show progress. I highly recommend Dr.Wright, he delivered!

Dr. Wright is absolutely amazing and there is no one else I would trust to do surgery, fillers, etc. on my face. He will spend time with you to make sure he knows exactly what you want. He gives feedback and helps guide you. I've had a few other minor procedures over the years with other plastic surgeons, but after being a patient of Dr. Wright's, I will never go anywhere else. I had a mini face lift and brow lift with Dr. Wright, and I absolutely loved my results. You cannot even see the "scars." He's a perfectionist and an awesome surgeon. He's also great with botox and fillers. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone quite as talented and kind as he is. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Wright and his entire staff are beyond EXCEPTIONAL! I sought out several consultations before deciding to choose Dr. Wright for my very complicated revision rhinoplasty, it was the best decision I've ever made. My only regret is not finding him sooner. He has incredible bedside manner and spends as much time as he needs with you to make you feel 100% comfortable, even if that means coming back for multiple appointments, before making a decision for surgery. Him and his entire staff go above and beyond to make you feel like you are their top priority. He is an extremely talented and skilled surgeon who settles for nothing less than perfection. I went to 2 Dermatologists to see what this thing overnight grew on my face. They referred me to a specialist which they cut out then burned it but it grew right back and bigger. Went to a different specialist, which convinced me that lasering it off would be best and less scaring. Did 2 sessions of lasering (still kept growing back) then they tried freezing it off with Nitroglycerin, which I never gave approval for and burned the whole side of my cheek as well. So not only am I insecure and worried about this "thing" that keeps growing back on my cheek, now my face is burned. I was sooo unhappy with this surgeon that when I got home I immediately started searching for another plastic surgeon. Which is were going to Mr. Wright was the Right way to go! Not only did he finally get rid of my growing Granuloma but he did send it in for a biopsy and turned out to be cancerous. He was so pleasant and comforting during my procedure but he hid my scare in my smile line. He made the perfect incision.
3 Plastic Surgeons and 5 procedures later, I am now 3 months clear and you can barely see the scar. The whole staff at Hillstrom were incredible!! I will continue to go here forever and refer all my family/friends/clients here as well. Thank you so much for making me beautiful again!!! Xo 

Dr. Wright and his staff did a perfect job, I am so glad that I decided to do the surgery with them. I was nervous to get it done, but they all assured me that everything was going to go very well, and they were right!
