Throughout her career, Dr. Rostami has performed thousands of eyelid surgeries, including upper and lower blepharoplasty procedures. She is also skilled in correcting eyelid anomalies and repairing orbital bone fractures and tissue damage.
With over 20 years of experience turning back the clock on aging, Dr. Rostami believes in treating all appropriate aspects of one’s facial tissues. She is deeply knowledgeable about the most advanced anti-aging laser and radiofrequency technologies and is a national trainer for cannula dermal filler protocols and neurotoxin injections, as well as microneedling.
Dr. Rostami earned her medical degree from Howard University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., where she went on to become chief resident of ophthalmology. She completed her training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Maryland in College Park.
When she is not working at Sanctuary Cosmetic Center, Dr. Rostami sees patients at Rostami Ophthalmic Plastic Consultants in Reston, Virginia.
Dr. Rostami serves on the Board of Trustees with the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS) and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS).
