Your photos suggest that any potential irregularities are so mild that nothing other than a standard breast augmentation would be necessary or recommended. Confirm this with your surgeon during a consultation, as he or she will have the benefit of a physical examination of your tissues and can give a more definitive diagnosis and recommendation.
More like a herniated nipple-areola complex than a tuberous breast. Since the nipple position is pretty high on the breast, but the breast is just small, options include surgery to correct the excess protrusion and potential volume addition with either an implant or fat grafting.
Its hard to tell with just one pic from the side, however you most likely have a constricted skin envelops and there is some herniation of breast tissue under the nipple causing a "puffy" nipple.A full set of photos and exam are really needed to make the call however your case would require a little extra thought when selecting the size and shape of an implant as you likely do not have enough skin to cover a large implant (which could damage your tissue and cause an unfavorable result)
Impossible to answer your question professionally based on the limited information offered by a single profile view. Tubular morphology results from a fibro-connective band of stroma distributed in a curvilinear condensation horizontally across the lower breast(s) just below the nipple areola complex. This band constricts and narrows the base of the breasts while the parenchyma grows more superficially, expanding and volumizing areolar and retroareolar tissue creating the characteristic findings. There is a wide range in the degree to which the connective tissue band affects breast appearance. Surgical approaches depend on presentation and patient's preferred result.

Good morning.Based upon your solo photograph, you do not have a constricted/tuberous breast. Do you have what appears to be a fairly young figure with a prominent subareolar expansion? This is very common, and Minnie find it to be quite attractive since it is a very useful appearance
Fortunately your breasts are not Tubular!. Your breasts are normal. If you want to have fuller rounder breasts with less"pointed" nipples a breast augmentation can make a nice difference.
I would recommend performing an augmentation-mastopexy (implant + lift). Surgery pricing is quite variable depending on the region, surgeon, and practice. Regardless of where, you need to find a plastic surgeon with actual training in plastic surgery, ideally one with aesthetic fellowship training.
Hi, thanks for your question. The appearance of your breasts could be improved with an uplift combined with an areola reduction, and some fat grafting to help boost the volume in the lower pole of your breast. I think your best result would be with the addition of a breast implant, but I would...
